Rooms were very hot, as we were at the end of spring and the heat was still on. There was also a bit of a musty smell. Getting coffee at breakfast was not easy with just one coffee machine for all of the guests.

Location was perfect for exploring the rocks, great view, and rooms were spacious. Breakfast was also good.

The room was advertised in a way which suggested a great big terrace with awesome views of the rocks. We were not given that room. The one we were given definitely wasn't worth the price. The spa closes really early- 7pm. The breakfast is really bad. There was no minibar which is problematic in a small town like this where things close early.

The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. The staff was kind enough to not make a problem when we checked out a bit later. The location is nice with a nice view of the rocks. Liked the pool room.

The spa center is not like in the pictures. It is very poor. The pool was super tiny, the jacuzzi was not working properly. And if you would like to use the saunas it is paid 😳

The room was clean with a good view and very big. The location was great. There was a parking lot. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Nothing really, it is noticeable that the hotel has been recently refurbished and so everything is brand new and incredibly clean.

This hotel really was an amazing surprise for us, the photos we saw on the booking site really doesn’t make any justice to this beautiful location. The room had an amazing view to the beautiful Belogradchik rocks and so we could enjoy beautiful sunsets and sunrises from the comfort of our room. The room was spacious and as we were travelling the with a baby it was important for us to have enough space for him to move around freely. The staff was kind enough to arrange for a baby cot to be put in our room so that we could enjoy our stay without hassles. We went to this destination to enjoy the outdoors but travelling with a baby that was not always possible, and so we had an amazing time in the hotel enjoying the pool which our little one loved, and also the local food at the restaurant. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I cannot recommend this site enough!

Coffee was absolutely disgusting - both from the buffet machine and from the bar… I ordered from the bar (so I paid for it) on the second morning hoping that it would be better but no… Please get a proper coffee machine - it is a shame.

we loved everything about it - location is absolutely amazing with magnificent views. Our room was very spacious and bright. It gets so quiet during the night - so relaxing. Breakfast was also very good - fresh fruit and veg, bread, cereals and also sole traditional Bulgarian specialties. Loved the bottle of water in the room which was a compliment.

all the facilities were not working but we haven't read this though it was on the site but not where u choose a room but not where you choose rooms and nobody notice it this has to be shown with each room choosen so that we do not quarrel with the staff why it is written swimming pool but it doesnt work why it is not written spa working ours are before checking or after check out

The breakfast quality was awful. Orange juice was not really an orange juice and there was no choice. Also the air conditioner works only for heating and no cooling. Both nights we couldn’t sleep because of the high temperature.

I liked the people working in the hotel. They were nice and helpful.

Very disappointing for four star hotel. First of all there is not parking, not even a driveway to stop by the front to unload your suitcases. No handicap ramp either. When we entered our room, the temperature was 28.5 degrees Celsius. The air conditioner in our room wasn’t turned on . Turned out the whole air conditioners in the whole hotel were not functioning. We had to deal with the manager to have them fixed and functioning. Our rooms systems was fixed,but our friends room right next to ours stayed hot . Couldn’t even open the windows to get fresh air, because there are not mosquito nets. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, pillows were tiny and flat. The TV is the size of a small computer monitor. And on top of everything there is a serious construction work going on all day long and the noise is unbearable.

This hotel is located in downtown Belogradchik and close to everything. Our room had a great view to the rocks. The breakfast was good.
