My room could do with some maintenance and it would be nice to have shampoo and shower gel provided. Everything was clean but just a bit worn out in places. Like the bed linen had a hole in it. The shower head was leaking and couldn't be put up on the wall because the thing kn the wall was missing

The hotel was very affordable and it has good location if you want to go up to the rila skilift early in the morning. The staff is nice and patient, and the hotel is really quiet at night. I had a great sleep there

The walls were very thin and we could hear everything the other guests were saying in the next room, which was very uncomfortable, especially at night. We didn't like the breakfast which included only two small pastries and a tea. Jam for the pastries, honey or coffee had to be paid additionally.

The size of the room and the bathroom were good and the beds were comfortable. The location was also nice, because it was near the Seven Rila Lakes.

It was the first time in my live that cafe is not included in the breakfast. Actually I would not call it breakfast at all. Good is that it is still cheap to order cafe and omlette.

The room was big and had a balcony with view directly into the wood. The restaurand has a nice terrace.

No hot water kettle or cups in the room. I like coffee when I get up in the mornings. Light bulbs out and fixtures broken. Room 102. Room was stuffy at night. Couldn’t open door. It was broken and no screen. Didn’t want to deal with bugs or mosquitoes. I guess for the price , you get what you pay for. Should have read the reviews before we booked.

There was actually one person to run between the reception, serve breakfast and attend to the guests. The walls are thin and literary every word from the neighbouring rooms could be heard.

We were a party of 3 couples (plus 2 kids). The location of the hotel is great - very close to the 7 Rila Lakes lift, basically into the woods. The balcony of the room was very green. The staff was nice. There is breakfast included - french toast with local honey, cheese and tea. Great value for money.

Bad service in the restaurant where 1 person serves all groups and families, when I tried to order breakfast a woman from the kitchen came out to quarrel with me that I do not have right to yoghurt, unworking toilet water, no toilet paper in shared toilet by reception and in the room on second day, no lift to third floor

The staff was exceptionally rude and unhelpful, the towel had holes on it, the sheets had stains. They claimed on their booking profile that they provide breakfast for people with dietary restriction but to make sure, i messaged them beforehand with our allergies. In the morning, they put a french toast in front of us and when i asked for something else, refering to my message about my gluten allergy, they simply ignored me. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, especially not for relaxation and good service. We dont have high expectations, we are broke university students who only needed a place to sleep after hiking but it was an uncomfortable and unpleasent experience even like this.

The hotel was dirty. We found insects in the room, we killed them. After we found that the door of the terrace was broken. We were the only ones in the hotel and found another insect in the bed. There was no hot water because the heater was broken, and the room was not clean. We didn't stay the night. We decided to leave the hotel, and the owner accepted through booking to give us the money back. We are still waiting...

Hotel is at the end of the some rural road.. I was afraid if I got tyres defect on my car.. Staff don't know 1 Word of english..when you enter the hotel you feal some strange, discusting smell.. the room was better then other, but with some furniture from 70s.. tv also.. if we didn't come that late, no chance that we would sleep there.. For breakfast we got some 2 peace of doughnut, fried on oil, and something that should be a yogurt, but it was like mix of 10% of yougurt and 90% of water... awfull...we escaped from the place as soon as we could.. Wifi was ok. How they got rating of 3 stars hotel is total mistery.. It is close to highway Blagoevgrad - Sofia but only in air distance. It is cca 30 km from highway 15 km of that is climbing on some winding Mountain road..

Quite an experience! Lets start with the road to there. First we ended up to another hotel as the road ended. Then i noticed a graffiti sign on the wall pointing with an arrow an off-road towards the hotel. Ok there was enough parking as the hotel next to temenuga was abandoned. We got the key of the room and we took the stairs to the third floor with our luggages as the elevator was out of order. The corridor was very dark and the lights were not working, it was creepy, and there was a bad smell. Once we approached the room, i noticed that the door has been opened with force and then just glued like nothing happened, although there were cracks. Once we enter the room we wanted to use the toilet. We found out there is no water in the tank and the toilet seat wasn't really clean. By logic i opened the water valve for the tank and water started running, but actually never stops. So we had to open it and close it every time we use the toilet. The bath was dirty and the shower head holder was broken. The carpet and the wallpapers were covered with stains from different liquid substances. As well there was a massive stain in one of the sofas. There was missing trash bin, soap , coffee, and a kettle, basic stuff We found long blond hair on the bed. The plastic chairs on the balcony were overcooked and cracking. The ashtray wasn't cleaned. The lights on the walls were not working and there were 2 desk lamps on the sides of the bed with 2 light bulbs each supposed, but only 1 was working. The fridge in the room was disgusting. It was never cleaned. There was mould inside and stains. We just kept the food and drinks on the balcony, thankfully it is cold out there. That reminds me about the heater in the room - there isn't any, and there is no air-conditioning neither. Most of the time there wasn't hot water when showering, like it comes and goes.so far this is about the room.

The hotel is located in the forest. They accept card payments. The receptionist was very kind.

The property is not well maintained although it is not super old. The bathroom and the balcony doors did not lock, the shower was leaking. The tile in the bathroom is very cheap and a family member slipped and hurt himself badly.

The room was not clean enough, actually under the bed were food and other leftovers from other tourists and obviously for long long time. The breakfast was very poor and on the second day was not been served at all, at least not until we left around 10:00 am. The most annoying was a group of people with main goal to drink everything possible as much as possible….then it appeared that is not an option for family relax anymore, at least not for us.

The location is lovely and hotel is situate quiet well. The staff is kind of nice.
