No kettle to boil hot water and cup to make coffee. Approached the counter and I was given a water kettle. 👍

The rooms are not smoking and as a smoker I didn’t want to disturb so in the morning i left the hotel so i can smoke ! But that is just a picky thing!

An excellent hotel, right in the heart of the city. Located exactly on the main street in the Old Town, there are many restaurants, cafes and shops. I have stayed at 4 hotels in Ruse, and this one is by far the best in terms of quality / price ratio. We will definitely come back here.

The hotel was with very clean and comfortable room. In the pedestrian street, close to the city center. Even if it was close to a big street we could sleep with the window open. We recommend.

Bag storage prior to checkin is available but you leave your bags in the city reception area behind waiting chairs so they can be accessible to everyone. Shower rail fell down off the wall.

The apartment is large, perfect for a family with 2 children, both beds and couch are comfortable and everything is clean. Location is very good and close of best restaurants in Ruse

The only thing I did not like was the bathroom, because of the drain not being placed properly, most the floor in the bathroom was wet constantly.

The suff was nice, very clean room, nice view in the loft, a good experience overall.

There are a few parking spaces available for the hotel but signs were not street facing to be visible. Found out once we left. In the bathroom there is bit of level difference from the room so pt attention to it (this is for the family/ attic room)

This is a lovely hotel by Ruse city center. We had the family apartment in the attic and loved how cozy and spacious was for our stay. 3 adults +1 baby Room was already arranged and set for sleep, baby cot set . Temperature was just right and we didn't need to use the air conditioning. Had plenty of space for arranging a play area for the baby during day time. Elevator goes only to 3rd floor, but this is not a problem if going up for 1 set of stairs. The last floor are only 2 apartments, so it is really quiet all the time. There is no restaurant in the hotel,  but you will find one for dinner just the next entry to the building and they do dinner. For breakfast and lunch there is a great coffee shop just across the hotel. Over the other side of the street there is a supermarket and you can find some snacks if need it. Plenty public parking in the area if arriving by car. We set this to favorites and will get back for our next stay.

- i did not received the room i reserved - it did not have breakfast option. - i asked if i can checkout 1h later than 12:00 and they said it is not possible (the hotel was almost empty) and that they will charge me 20leva extra if i do that. - and they did charge me. It never happend before no mater what hotel i stayed until now.
