There was a noise the whole night until 03:30’ish AM, which sounded like a loud party or club music. I hope this was an occasional thing and not an every night happening, as it is disturbing to the guests that want to rest.

Comfortable and clean room, with all necessary facilities to have a restful night during our weekend trip. The receptionist was very sweet and friendly, and responded quickly to all our questions and requests. Very stylish and beautiful hotel.

The rooms and the common areas were clean. The bed mattresses were comfortable. The rooms were equipped with everything needed. There were not enough places to park in front of the hotel but there was enough park space in close proximity. The breakfast was decent enough though not abundant but given the number of visitors at the time this was thoroughly fine. Should the price service ratio remains the same, I would definitely recommend.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and room was bigger in size, enough space to move around. Breakfast was good. Hotel stuff was quite friendly and helped us with parking. It’s a good place to stay when you want to visit Montana, Magura cave or Belogradchik.

There is a small variety of breakfast and nothing separates the toilet from the shower, so after you've taken a shower you can't really go to the toilet without wetting your feet.

Very nice hotel, newly renovated with good amenities. It features big rooms with comfortable beds and a pretty good restaurant. We've been more than once here and definitely stay whenever in the area.

It was difficult for me to process the fact that there is nothing separating the shower and the toilet. After bathing, it is impossible to use the toilet because everything floats in the water. But we got over it.

They accommodated me not in the room I have booked (on the last floor) saying all were already occupied?! Instead I was given first floor room right below chambermaid's room so I woke up from the noises (slammed doors, dragged cleaning equipment, etc.).

more points: - pore English knowledge of the personal - common sense: when you arrive at night with sleeping child, you reduce the level of music at the reception - if someone ask a coffee at breakfast, the answer should not be: there it is, you can make yourself… - breakfast needs a serious update - just mount the TVs at the wall and avoid possible accidents

- The hotel helped book us a taxi to take us to the hotel. The taxi driver tried to cheat us, asking over double (tip: there is a rate card in the corner of taxi's front window that shows how the real calculation works). The hotel's attitude was just 'this guy has nothing to do with us'. I believe it was nothing to do with them - but since I am their guest and someone is trying to cheat me I would expect them to shout at the taxi driver and report his cheating to the authorities, not just shrug their shoulders and offer a little translation assistance, leaving it all on my shoulders to resolve it. They should have been clearly on my side against the cheat, not a neutral party. - Breakfast was the quality of perhaps a 2 star hotel. There were 4 of us, and only 1 of us ate the breakfast. Slices of bread, cheese, boiled eggs, fried bread, a couple of other items. Drinks were just water and orange squash (not orange juice). - Beddings were lower quality. The mattress itself was fine - but everything on top was not to the same quality as the decoration. Pillows, duvet, covers and bedsheets - I would say they were all cheaper than average. - I didn't think much of the hotel restaurant. Pricing itself as high-end but the dishes weren't that good. I recommend a restaurant around the corner called Kato.

- The hotel is very new - Well designed bathrooms - Curtains are good at blocking light - A good view. Well, not much to see, but I mean there a lots of huge windows to look out from - Good heating systems - Comfortable carpet and good sofas - They did not charge extra for adding a bed to one of our rooms - and it's a proper bed with good mattress, not one of those folding metal frame things. - We booked two rooms and they were very accommodating in moving a sofa from one room to another so that we could relax together (this was a whole week booking). - The hotel owner is around and trying to make a strong effort for his guests. It's still a new hotel and they are trying to work out how to improve.
