I been to many 4 star hotels around the world and this definitely is higher than 4 stars. The service was very good. The food at the restaurant was also very good. They have a nice pool with salty water. rooms are clean and spacious. I’ll definitely visit again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location is very convenient and close to Sofia, but feels like a great getaway in the mountains. The view from our room was beautiful, everything was very clean and comfortable. We ate dinner at the restaurant and the food was reasonably priced and very good! We had our baby with us and everything was easily accessible even with a stroller. We will come again!

The place was noticeably upscale from the other options that are “in the woods” near Sofia. This also carried over in the restaurant which was pretty great. Breakfast was also awesome

The room wasn't clean enough. There was hair in the bed duvets and on the bedside table. The bathroom sink was clogged. The shower was a bit broken, it can't be moved up / down and only spraying water in the faucet.

On first place the staff! All of them are so kind and smiled and ready to help, even more, they're constantly asking and interested if you need something. Second best thing is the FOOD! Delicious and unique, I recommend the pork ribs, the Bulgarian cheese selection, The burger and Cesar salad and all from the breakfast menu. The room is nicely decorated, I liked it. There is enough space. The pool is warm, it is deeper from the one side perhaps somewhere around 2 meters in the deepest part and 1,50 in the shallowest part.

There is nothing that I would change about this hotel or our experience!

The hotel was a little bit of a drive from Sofia airport but it was well worth it! It is high up a mountain so has exceptional views to be seen from the room. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I was travelling alone with 5 kids (15 years, 11 years, 10 year old twins and 4 year old) so they really went out of their way to assist, especially the manager Greg and Vinny. There is a great little kids corner in the reception with toys and netflix as well as a couple of billiard tables which kept the kids entertained while were in the hotel.

The railings on the balcony were not stable. Very dangerous if you have small kids/ lean on them. The restaurant is really overpriced. We paid 90 leva for two people for a dinner w just one drink and the salad and sides to the main dish were definitely old/from yesterday. Both my friend and I noticed. This is unacceptable for the price/in general.

The hotel is in a great location. Brand new road to the hotel from the village of Kladnica, great view and right in the middle of the mountain. Close to various trails, a small monastery and a river. Rooms are really big, comfortable beds and breakfast is great. Coffee could be better but otherwise great and plentiful selection including crepes and seasonal fruit. The saline pool is great! Relaxing sun chairs outside.

A great, quiet place located in nature, yet just a 10-minute drive to Kladnitsa village. The air is so fresh since there are no towns around. The pool was large and the water was warm. The restaurant has great food and the included buffet breakfast was great. We had a huge Superior Room with very large balcony.

The bed was quite hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom had a large Jacuzzi tub that took up most of the space and was difficult to use as a shower.

The property is located in the mountains with a longer than unexpected drive from the main highway. As you get closer to the hotel the road is nicely paved. The mountain views and cooler weather was wonderful. There are a lot of mountain hiking trails in the area. The indoor pool and spa exceptional. One of the best indoor hotel pools I have seen. The reception was extremely nice and accommodating. He allowed us access to the pool after hours since we checked-in late. Also, due to an early check-out he had a wonderful breakfast take-away bags for us. The room was quite large and had a wonderful deck where we spent some time drinking coffee and enjoying the view of the pine forest.

The bed could have been more comfortable. Restaurant is a bit expensive and doesnt have enough variety in my opinion but it is delicious.

I lost the key to the hotel room and they gave us a new one for free which was great. Pool and location are alao great .

Very nice hotel in Vitosha mountain. Very close to Sofia. Warm pool with salty water, its great that they have inflatable accessories for children. Rooms have everything you need and the view is amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the restaurant has some delicious dishes.

We got bitten by bed bugs that were in the bed rest. We notified the reception and were moved immediately to another room (which was good) but we were constantly checking if there aren't any in the new room. Good experience was ruined. The pool is not in good shape - many tiles broken and missing, no lifeguard. Cleaning of bathroom could be better.

View from the hotel is amazing and the food in the restaurant on breakfast and a-la-carte was great.

the accommodation was lovely. and it would be a straight 9 rating, but the water didn't work for the whole stay (we stayed there only one night). We know it's not the accommodations' fault, but we would expect better communication and approach to this issue.

The breakfast was not so good. Few choices and not so good quality. Coffee was not good.The ladies with the breakfast were not friendly at all. The bathroom in the room is bad designed. The water spray everywhere. Also the bathroom is not properly sound insulated.

The location is very very nice. The pool is great ! The food in the evening was awesome.
