Nice clean room, good size, nice staff. The room is above a successful tavern that plays live music, in an area that is popular with youngsters. Don't expect it to be quiet !

This location was full of spirit. The view was inside a nice courtyard restaurant, you don't get bored, you see a lot of beatifull people heaving a good time and enjoying the nice bulgarian vibe. The breakfast was good.

Staff do not know english. There were a lot of noise until 1 and 2 pm in the evening. they locked there main enteance door every day. That is why the last day although i mentione that i leave at 5 am in the morning to reach to the airport. They again locked the door and you can not fibd any personnel in the hotel at evening. That was a disgusting experience for me. You absolutely must not choose this hotel.

Bad curtains. Almost impossible to get them fully closed. Hard times with the air conditioner, bad batteries or just not working. I had to use other room heater, which was ok. Bathroom was kind of disappointing. You get warm water for like 90-120 seconds, which would be great in a summer, not late November

Our recent experience at a certain hotel was far from satisfactory. Several aspects left us disappointed and ultimately led us to make the decision to find alternative accommodations. First and foremost, the placement of our room on the second floor, directly above a pub, was a significant issue. The noise emanating from the pub below made it nearly impossible to find tranquility within our room. This proved to be highly inconvenient, especially when trying to rest or sleep peacefully. Additionally, the room had an unpleasant and lingering odor that persisted throughout our stay. Despite our attempts to mitigate the smell, it persisted, making our stay rather uncomfortable and less than pleasant. Furthermore, as we were traveling with a small child, we had concerns about the cleanliness and suitability of the hotel. It did not meet our expectations in terms of cleanliness standards, and we did not feel confident in staying there with our child. We had overlooked the fact that the rooms were directly connected to a pub, which was not an appropriate environment for a family. It seemed more suitable for couples seeking a temporary overnight stay after an evening spent in the pub itself. Taking into account these multiple issues, we ultimately decided not to continue our stay at this hotel. We opted to find alternative accommodations that better suited our needs and provided a more comfortable and family-friendly environment.

The room had very very nice temperature , also the combination with the breakfast was awesome. The room was clean and fresh. And the restaurant just next 5 steps made it greater.

Extremely noisy, the music from the restaurant is very loud until 24 o'clock. Everything inside is very simple, without fridge and hot water most part of the day!

The vegetarian breakfast was one tomato and plain microwaved omelet. Maybe it’s been a problem of communication as I don’t speak a word bulgarian.

The price justifies the lack of for example a light next to the bed and a slight smell/ no fresh air during the night.

Hard to find. Some pictures with the entrance may be helpful. Noisy until midnight, but very quiet after 12:00AM.

The restaurant was right next to the room and there was live music until 12 am. The doors didn't close, there were exposed sockets, the room took forever to get warm and the shower head didn't stay in place so we had to hold it constantly.

Bar staff were really polite. The breakfast was nice and was cooked on the spot. The wi fi was strong and the location is great.
