It's more of a personal choice, so I don't know if it's really a minus. The walk-in shower, which means that a large part of the bathroom will have a wet floor afterwards, doesn't sound like a great idea to me.

The hotel itself is beautiful. Huge room, very good hygiene, very comfortable beds, friendly staff. Generous parking. Breakfast so-so, but it must be understood that it does not seem like the kind of hotel that accommodates long-term tourists. It was a pleasant stay as a stopover on our trip, although I would not repeat the experience due to the price, although justified by the conditions provided.

Very stupid architecture of the building causing inconvenience to guests. It's ugly when the owner parks his luxury car infront of the main entrance while there is no elevator in the building.

Spacious and comfortable rooms. We had the chance there were no wedding and it was quiet.

We were there two nights and both nights there were wedding receptions on the terrace beneath our room. Although we don't want to stop people having fun and we don't want to stop the hotel making money during these difficult days, a room on the other side of the hotel would have been better.

Our room and the whole hotel were clean and comfortable and located in a very good place for exploring the Eastern Rodopis, particularly Tatul which was magnificent.

We used the hotel for one night, in tranzit from Greece. It was convenient for us, not far from our road and gery good location. The property looks great for a longer stay, but it wasn’t our case. The personal was very helpful, they didn’t spike English, but we used google translate. We asked for a bottle of wine and we had a very good, old Bulgarian wine.

Everything was excellent. The only thing I didn't like is that there was a wedding in the complex and we weren't informed in advance and it was loud. But the hotel staff kept their promise and the wedding finished on time.

The hotel is great for its value, food was nice, staff was friendly, everything was clean, beds were very comfortable.

Really nice place, clean and comfy. Although it was weekend and they were hosting a wedding, by 11 p.m the music has been turned off - a big like for that. For sure we'll come back!

No elevator in the hotel. It was hard to carry the stroller to second floor all the time. Also, the noise of the weddings at the weekends which continues till 1:00 am may bother you.

The view from the balcony was forest and mountain. The room was big and clean. The breakfast was enough.

The walls are a little thin and sometimes you can hear yout neighbours.

Breakfast was sufficient and delicious. The hotel is best reached by car. The staff is nice and polite. The room was spacious and with nice furniture and big terrace.

The coffee from the machine at breakfast was quite bad.

The reception and all the people at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. The Tv had English speaking channels, and comfortable clean room.

I did not like the fact that there was a noisy wedding with unpleasant music until midnight. There were no towels in the room and I had to call the reception. There was no lift to the third floor. There was a smell of cigarettes in the room, I could not make it out where it came from.

The room is very large.
