All good (sausages, bacon, scaambled & Fried egg, French toast) at breakfast was COLD!! A pity, as it was a good range and no wait even for the coffee machine. One lift out of action, the other one not really 100% so long waits for lift.

Excellent hotel generally with superb staff, especially the young lady in the restaurant who went out of her way to explain everything to us in perfect English. Only a 10 minute walk from station and close to the ancient centre. Excellent dinner with good range of food and drink in restaurant.

There were cracks in the bathtub so water was leaking onto the floor. The fridge was disconnected from the outlet when I arrived - took me some time to notice this after I put some food there and then I had to move the table and the TV stand to connect it.

Nice hotel at a pretty quiet place but near a mall and within a walking distance from the main train and bus stations and some of the main attractions. Small fridge and coffee kit in the room. Good breakfast.

Room had strange decoration and the bed was small and mattress was not comfortable at all. It would help to upgrade mattresses.

The hotel room was a little bit old compare to four star hotel. Needs to renovation.

The hair dryer wasn't powerful enough, the pillow wasn't very comfortable and I think the toilet was leaking.

The staff at the reception were all so helpful, polite and intelligent young people. I'm glad that the level of service has improved so much in Bulgaria.

I would recommend having a manual on how to use the air conditioning system. We set it to 18 degrees, but during the night the temperature had risen to 22 degrees. I'm sure everything is working correctly, but we didn't know what mode we had selected

Very smiling, friendly and supportive staff. The room was big enough, with comfortable beds and enough comfortable pillows. The hotel is in the center of Plovdiv, within walking distance of the city garden. There is a shopping center next door that is open until 9pm and offers to buy anything you forgot to take with you.
