The bedsheets don't fit they just sit on the mattress so come off in the night The bathroom smells of sewage, the drains have an issue The Aircon doesn't cool at all I could go on, but this place isn't maintained

There were a number of things that require attention. The breakfast was very ordinary, the things that should be hot were not. The eggs were cold and had been out for some time. Very unappetizing and reduced the choice. The service to the room was only leaving towels, the beds were not made and the bathroom items such as soap and shampoo were not replenished. To finish up with a bad experience, on leaving the lift was out of service and we had to lug our bags down the stairs from the 10th floor.. Certainly their star rating is flattering.

We stayed 3 days and The room was never cleaned, although we always put a sign on the door to clean it. only after the conversation did a woman come to the reception to change the towels and take away the trash. very bad and uncomfortable bed very low for anyone with leg problems it is very difficult to get up from a low bed Jacuzzi bathtub leaks heavily Breakfast very poor and not fresh baked goods, everything is cold

Oh where do i start… One of the pillows had makeup stains left from a previous guest, overall didn’t seem that clean. AC didn’t work. I’ve decided to fill the bathtub- it flooded everywhere. It was one problem after another.

The location was very good , right across the shopping centre. The staff on the check-in desk were very polite and helpful.

Too much colours that drove me crazy. The corridor was red carpet / black walls. The room - orange carpet , purple walls, red windows, gold couch, animal print on the arm chair. The bathroom bright orange with black tiles. Terrible. Parking 5 lv. Breakfast - go before 9. I went 9.20 and took the last of everything. After that they didn't bring more food. The other guests had to eat whatever was left .

The parking was paid for the guests of the hotel. The sink in the bathroom was installed like for dwarfs (vely low). The airconditioning was not very good. we've set a temperature to 23 degrees, but the air conditioner was switching on and off every 2 minutes and was noisy. Slow elevators (one out of 2 was out of order).

The location is good. Comfortable bed and nice pillow. Clean room and bathroom.

The reception is amazing & emphatic, quickly to respond via phone, follow-up calls, gives great suggestions and information. When I needed to cancel my second stay, the staff was very understanding, kind & helped me complete the process through booking.

Very outdated rooms and building. Parking was an additional cost. Room was incredibly hot, 27°C, when we enquired about the ac not working, we were told it was centrally controlled and to just open a window (we were on the 9th floor with windows wide open). There are big windows next to the bed into the bathroom so you can see everything happening in the bathroom, not ideal if travelling with friends/family. There was a constant hum from a speaker in the bathroom that seemed to be connected to nothing, and having the windows open next to a busy street with crosswalks beeping all night was very annoying.

Very nice, friendly staff. fairly central location, 15 mins walk from city centre. Very large rooms!
