It could have been cleaner. Maybe it was because we came before the summer season started, but the apartments weren't clean 100% and some appliances didn't work.

We liked everything about the location. The complex is something out of Agatha Christie's novels (luxury complex near a cliff, you have a lovely view of the sea), the staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful each time there was problem & we were very close to the Balchik.

a) parking needs serious imporvement - basically you park on the small street near there are NOT dedicated parking spaces for each house; b) the pool associated with free access is basically a joke; that is not a pool but a bigger bath; c) the main big pools near the hotel (outside and inside) are NOT free if you are NOT accommodated at the hotel in itself - cost is 30 BGN / weekdays and 40 BGN / weekend per person.

a) Good location with a lot of open space near and trees (very useful in the sunny mornings to get a chair under and dring the cofee under tree's shadow) :); b) Impressive ratio price/perfomance; c) Silent at night (except some pigeons that had a nest quite near) :).

A very helpful manager. Grand flat, all I needed. Easy, safe parking. 100m from a very fine golf course and restaurant and bar. Close to great scenery and two other excellent golf courses. Grand beaches nearby. Also a decent swimming pool a few metres away. Easy self-catering

The bathroom of our apartment need some improvements.

We really enjoy our holidays with the kids and our little dog. The complex is great for a walk and the pools are awesome. The person in charge of the keys was really kind. You need to go by car to the beach but it is about ten minutes.

Bathroom had no hanger or places to leave your clothes and also no place to put your toiletry in the bathroom.

We liked the large appartment, the fact that it allows dogs on the property, and the nice pool nearby. Also it was nice to have the shop and the ATM around the corner. Great green location around us.

It was a little bit far from Balcic( 15 min drive ). One of the beds was in poor condition, it creaked very bad.

The apartment had all the facilities you need and above. Very good for a familiy.

There is no private beach (but we knew it before our arrival). We used the car every day to go to beaches on different other places. We liked Rusalka beach, Bendida & Argatha (from Thracian Cliffs) and also Adora beach.

The apartment was impeccable - we had absolutely everything we needed, and more. Stoyan (our host) was kind, very well prepared with tips and suggestions, and available throughout our stay. The resort is gorgeous, the facilities are top, the private little road to the beach was stunning. I would very highly recommend this place. We are staying there next year again! Thank you, Stoyan!

The apartment was very clean, the mattress was confortable, the furniture new and comfortable, the kitchen had every appliance we needed. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. We will surely get back.
