This year was our third time at this hotel and they clearly made some cost-cutting compared to 2022: Cocktails were watered, became worse quality BBQ restaurant was replaced with Italian which was nothing special Minibar was never filled with water, so we needed to ask the reception

The bar drinks quality is extremely poor, even regular flavoured sodas weren't a god option. We ended up with water, plain soda to add ice and lemon slice, hot water for tea bag or a coffee from one specific machine.

The facilities are very good, the beach accesibility and sunbeads access. There is a wide food schedule availability

Soups were a bit too salty for my taste (remember that you can add salt if you want, but you can't remove it if it is too much)

Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly. Food was diversified , with many many options. Pools are big and not near the property limit so you get enough privacy. Beach is 10m away. Price for the night was good enough. We plan to visit this location every year if they keep the same quality/price (it is our second year now).

The fact that we couldn t get a reservation for italian or asian restaurant, everything was fully booked and the fact that the beach in front of the hotel is empty and the sunbeds are in front of another hotel in construction and it s divided with the sunbeds from Marvel hotel.

The food , the room , the room view , the staff except the security , not all of them of course just the elderly were a bit grumpy .

The food was ok but nothing special.

A good location with nice large swimming pools and enough recliners to go round. The room was a good size and was clean and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and the hotel seemed well organised

Maybe they can improve the furniture.

Was the second time I staid here. It's probably one of the best if not the best in Sunny Beach. They improved services in time. I think I'll go again there.

Dresscode for dinner - I understand, that it should be in restaurants (asian and italian), which are at the hotel, but I dont think it's necessary also in the main one. So you will not be able to go to the restaurant even in casual flip flops.

The only thing that I was not happy with, is the lack of snacks in the bar area. There are some snacks that you can take from the beer corner but not so much. A water pipe could also be amazing. Another thing that I was not so enthusiastic about were the children...soo many children. But again, that is a personal opinion and I knew from the beginning that it is a family hotel, but it could be really nice to be a corner like "child free" or something.

The food was really good. Especially the soups. Amazing. The bar service was also good. The availability of the staff was on point. Even though you could see they were tired, you could not see the tiredness in the way they served you. The pool was always clean and bright. The housekeeping was also ok and the room was always chill (AC starts as soon as you enter the room).

The things we disliked didn't have as much to do with the hotel, but rather the people who occupied sunbeds both at the pool and the beach with their towels and then went back to sleep only to return hours later. We ended up just placing our towels on the open beach, bought an umbrella, and enjoyed an old-school style vacation on the sand. It was lovely anyway because there was a lot of space for towels and not very crowded so we could be closer to the water. Ultimately, I think it was better this way.

Our vacation was great! We had an upper-floor room with a sea view and it was spacious and clean. Our room was cleaned whenever we requested it and it was all done very well. The hotel looks great and clean, too, and the pools were fantastic. The restaurant was always packed, but that's to be expected from a hotel this big and in high season. However, the food was always great, they never ran out, and there was a lot of variety.

Beginers at the reception and the english was not good( mixing 6 with 7 😄). The bigest minus was the beach area... only 70-80 sunbeds for such big hotel make your holiday to become as a working day.. wake up at 7 or even earlier to have a sunbeds.. and stay there till the rest of family is coming.. this is not my concept of vacation when you have to have breakfast together and to do things together.. even I went at 8:30 no sunbeds available.. I saw same behavior at the pool area. Unfortunately this was an important point for me and was mentiom on description that are only max 80 sunbeds for maybe 500 rooms? Drinks are out of discussion- the juice was not good.. so we drink only water.

Good location, clean hotel, good food) exept the drinks), clean pool,nice rooms with what you need for a vacation. Our room was with Sea view and pool view but was not noisy. The staff with few exception were friendly.
