Room amenities are quite basic for hotel with 4 star pretensions. There is not even mineral water in room mini bar - quite strange for hotel number of stars and room prices. In our offer was included breakfast and dinner meals. Clients must choose their dinner choice in QR application menu till 17.00 and to be shared expected arrival time for dinner in the restaurant. Even with such organization waiting time for main meal to be given was more then 1 hour in our 2 nights there. Our main negative impression - internal pool zone is too small for hotel capacity. It is almost Impossible to use it because of number of people in the pool which is not large as was described in hotel description page in Booking. We did not succeed to use it and hotel mineral pool was main reason to book there. Maybe during working days situation is different but during weekend internal pool zone is too overcrowded. Overall our impression is that Medicus is nice hotel with very friendly, polite and helpful staff, but money to value ratio is not good enough.

Central location, nice and clean hotel facilities and very friendly staff. Dinner is served in big portions and is tasty. Wonderful views from both balconies in our apartment.

There were constant issues with the elevator to our rooms and being with an elderly person it was extremely inconvenient for them to go 4 flights of stairs. It was fixed on the last day of our stay, but the elevators are old and prone to breaking down (no danger to get stuck inside though)

There was not great variety of food in the breakfast but the products are good quality and very tasty. I didn't like the coffee.

The one bedroom apartment is great with 2 small kids. It has 2 balconies with nice view. The restaurant is great, the food is very tasty, especially at dinner. The spa center is decent. I also like that there's a small kids room and playing room with billiards, table football and table tennis.

The place is nice and clean. We had an amazing view toward the pool and the mountain. We enjoyed the SPA and the internal pools and Jacuzzi. The most of all is the treatment of the personal. I brought my 83 year old mom and they were amazing trying to make her feel comfortable. I would definitely visit again and recommend highly.

We enjoyed very much everything.

The breakfast was served outside in a very pleasant location. We had a great selection of food for a hot summer day and enjoyed it very much. The swimming pools were great, both inside and outside. The dinner was very nice with a good selection of drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thanks for the pleasant stay.

The breakfast was extremely simple. The beds didn’t have proper duvets, though these are minor problems as the overall experience was repeat worthy

The swimming pool and outdoor facilities were breathtaking. The price included a simple breakfast and dinner, but addition items could be added for a small cost. Rooms were of a very good size. Staff were very helpful and nothing was a problem. Private parking was free and directly behind the hotel. The hotel has a fabulous location, so walking down the town center was easy.

The additional bed was really uncomfortable as well as the pillows. The shower head was broken. Some of the restaurant staff were not very polite.

The location is great. Rooms are spacious. I liked having a balcony to put away the wet towels. Pools were nice and not crowded.

The pillows are really high and firm. A bit of mould in the bathroom crevices. It's starting to show a bit of age now, maybe a paint refresh here and there could freshen the place up?

The pool was amazing. Perfect water temperature and constant monitoring of cleanness, etc. Decent breakfast options. The included dinner was good too, with plenty of options and generous portions.

Mould in the bathroom creases. Overall it seemed clean, but the shower was very uncept.

Excellent location - right in the centre of Varshets. Massive pool with a crystal clear water that was the perfect temperature for swimming. Friendly staff who was happy to help and always smiling. The apartment was huge and could comfortable sleep 4 or 5 people easily.

There seemed to be some problem with the hot water in the room and it took a long time for the shower to warm up at first.

We were at the suite with the jacuzzi in the room, there was champagne and everything was clean and comfortable! The spa centre was nice! The breakfast was good! There is a parking for the guests of the hotel and the location is perfect.

The personnel is not very polite and helpful. Just standing there, seeing not involved in the hospitality. The SPA area has no daylight.

No running hot water apart from the weekend. My daughter broke an old scratched hotel glass and we were charged a euro for it. The room rate was over 100€ per night, so I found this a bit petty.

Excellent for a midweek stay, when there are fewer hotel guests. Great facilities and staff. Breakfast was okay.

Cleanliness! The toilet was not disinfected on my initial accommodation. And it was even visible - discussing. The sheets were never arranged during my stay. Therefore, I'm a little suspicious about the hygienic in general there.

The food can be better for this hotel category. TV in the bedroom was pretty small with bad signal.

Big, comfortable rooms, it's very warm everywhere in the hotel. Nice spa area. For included dinner in the offer it's possible to choose from different menu. A lot of nice places to visit around.

everything was fine

it was cozy, clean, spa hotel with a delicious cuisine. it has all what you need for a relax chill weekend with family and/ or friends. mineral water swimming pool, jacuzzi, saunas and steam bath, you are also able to book a really good massage. breakfast was various and the stuff was super friendly and make you feel comfortable and welcome. p.s if you have a chance, try their own brand white wine of Pinot Grigio 😎
