If you do not have car, it is difficult to reach the closest villages, cities. There is taxi service. They do not speak english or very poor. At the arriving they did not accept EURO to pay. Probably we arrived at the very early season.

The dinner was cold, and the pecara was not fresh. In the kichen there wasnt any spoon, fork, glass and so on.

The room was very good, and the hotel has a lot of opportunity, pool, location was excelent.

The last floor rooms' balconies were without cover. Uncomfortable during rains.

"Good breakfast" was below the expected, with a limited choice of food. For that money, I was expecting a bit more.

What we didn't like: 1. The reserved apartment should have had a view of the sea and the pool, but I could see very little of the sea, on the side and more of a building and the parking lot. The reception told me that they don't have another apartment. 2. Cleanliness. The floor were not washed. We also took out the trash. 3. The microwave was not working

We liked it, it was quiet and the pleasant, relaxing, holiday atmosphere. Towels and linen were changed every 3 days. Good value for money, but conditions should be improved.

Every thing else - just average to below average. Breakfast- below average, coffee machines won't work, often a long queue for coffee. breakfast - not nicely kept. just kept. no presentation whatsoever. tables weren't clean, staff would not even smile. the receptionist would provide no information about anything- (like jetski- which is a 6-minute walk away or the local transport or anything else that you may want to ask). beds weren't made, the mattress was not good. had to take several blankets to put on it to get it basic comfortable.

A bit of an isolated place, a huge resort it will be very crowded at midsummer.

The room was clean and comfortable. The pools are great and very clean as well. I hadn't booked any food so I had to dine at another restaurant at the hotel and I was not pleased with the quality. However, it was a fair value for money and I did enjoy my vacation. There aren't many options to have food or go out nearby.

"0" instructions about anyting at all... you have to find your room yourself. You need to ask for wi-fi password. you need to find the "alarm-like" looking fuse to enable heater, you need find the main pool yourself. No signs, no tag, no instructions about anything.. They do not care booking.com as well. They reply the booking.com questions very late and answers include no solution but only self-defense. In the end they said "we are 3 star hotel this is what we give.." Pools are very but shallow. Maybe less than 1.5 m.

Access to private beach. Two big pools. Spacious rooms. Good meals. Turkish speaking personelle at the restaurant.

A lot of unsupervised kids/teenagers from what i guess were summer camps, a bit annoying in the restaurant, because they weren't following any rules, they were very noisy, getting food on the floor, but that has nothing to do with the resort itself. I read comments that the employees do not clean the floor, but I saw them cleaning after each meal every table with disinfectant and the floor as well, so it is not their fault as it is the tourists that are very messy.

The pool is very clean and perfect for kids and families. The room was very big and comfortable. The beds are nice and comfortable. We had a very spacious terrace with a perfect view of the pool and the sea as well. The food was ok too. The kitchenette is not equipped, but it was never advertised otherwise, plus we read the reviews, so never expected anything, we just brought everything we needed. The rooms are cleaned every morning, the towels are also changed on a need to basis, you need to leave the towels on the floor so they know you need clean ones.

It's a shame that they close for the season mid September as I'd like to return late Sept/early Oct but I presume this is dictated by market forces. Can't have a whole hotel to yourself!

It wasn't clean, there was no running water for 5 hours one of the days, the ONLY equipment in the kitchen were 4 water glasses, no dishes, not a single spoon/fork, nothing - just empty kitchen drawers. The food at the restaurant was not good.

The beds were comfortable, it was spaceous. The pool was nice.

We have booked one bedroom apartment with fully fitted kitchenette on a ground floor, but instead we got an apartment on the fourth floor with a double bed and glass walls around it in the living room, that the lady called a "separate bedroom". The kitchen was empty: no cuttlery, no crockery, no cooker, toaster or kettle, just an empty kitchen cupboards. When we raised the issue that the apartment is different from the pictures, we were told they only provide " kitchen box" and that has been provided. After all we were offered another apartment with actual separate bedroom, but an empty kitchen as previously. The beds were only set for 2 people and we are family of four. The bedding was only provided the next day. Over the next few days we were given portable electric coocker, 2 cups, few plates, some cuttlery and a kettle. And after a week we got an iron and ironing board from reception. Beware: this companys "Midia Family Resort" pictures of apartments are very misleading, so what you see is not what you get. They are business and have many apartments, so if you think you have booked that particular one in the pictures, think again- you'll be given just any available apartment.

The location is great- few big shops just 5-10 minutes by car, a few good restaurants near by. Two big clean swimming pools, one with water slides that our kids loved very much, sea is just a minute walk, free parking.

The pool was with old dirty water (in the kids pool there were small worms) and 3 of the kids and 2 2 of the adults came back sick, thanks to that. No wifi in the rooms, only in lobby and pool. By the pool there are multiple signs that you can not save a sun bed with a towel and not be there, but no one from the hotel was monitoring this and early in the morning all sun beds were “reserved”. In the kitchen area there were nothing else except 4 glasses, no kitchenette at all. The apartment wasn’t clean, there was dust everywhere (table, counters, closets, etc.). There is no real beach there, just a small, tiny area with black sand.

As a positive thing I can say that the size of the apartment was good and 2 out of 3 rooms had AC and TV. One of the bedrooms didn’t have. The green areas in the complex were nice.

The room had no view and we bought it as a room with a view. The bathroom was not clean and the room was also dirty with hairs on the floor. The food in the restaurant was of poor, cheap quality except the lovely salad we ordered. When the room was cleaned bins were only emptied, no change of towels or cleaning the floors.

The beds were comfortable and clean. The swimming pool was nice and clean, the gardens also very green and lovely. The location also right next to the beach, beautiful sea. The staff were very nice and friendly.
