Fantastic hotel. Beautifully decorated and furnished to the highest standards. Staff and owner were exceptionally friendly and helpful. 4 star hotel all the way. Highly recommendef for business or leisure. Internet signal was excellent even on the 3rd floor. Will most definitely stay here again.

Had to pay extra because was staying with my boyfriend. Never had that experience before. When I mentioned that to the staff, they proceeded to correct me that they know better how hotels are around the world. Customer service would improve and the facility would be world class.

The most amazing bed ever! Never had a more comfortable sleep anywhere else in the world. My boyfriend is 6'4" (1.93cm) this is the first bed that he has ever been able to sleep on comfortably.

I don't understant why it is classified as a 3 stars hotel. it deserve at least 4 stars and have many services that you can find only in 5 star hotels! Everything was really great, will stay again at the next visit in Burgas!

Parking had to be booked prior to arrival but we did not know that. However, nothing one couldn't live without.

Every single thing was way above expectations: kind welcoming staff, beautiful interior, spacious room, a bottle of water as co;pliment, different kinds of pillows!!!! Amazing!!

The room was a bit noisy and there was no terrace. It is a typical business hotel. But when you come back from the beach, it is nice to have where to put your swim wear and towels to dry. I can't imagine to spend one week there going every day to the beach. However, for a visit to the city of Burgas, it is great.

The hotel is brand new, modern, very close to the city centre and the sea garden. There is a spa and also a private parking which is important when you stay in the centre and the area around is paid. The hotel offers a nice breakfast for extra cost. The downside is that guests need to order it in advance on the day before.

Difficult to find any fault - do note this is in a residential area, so if you prefer a tourist area with many bars and restaurants, this is not it.

Recently renovated facility - very clean and modern, very nicely designed. Was nice to be near a few shops and cafes where we were able to sample local fare as soon as we arrived. The hotel also has a nice restaurant and bar. Within walking distance of Burgas "Sea Garden", a popular hang-out area for locals.

The restaurant is very nice but the only thing I didn't like about this hotel was the breakfast offer which was rather poor. There is no continental breakfast but a small menu with 5-6 offers to choose from (omelette, English breakfast, yogurt and cereals and 2-3 other similar things). This includes one cold drink (water, juice). I think coffee or tea are paid separately. I think the prices do not justify the quality/quantity.

The hotel is very pleasant. The location is good. It is not exactly in the middle of the central zone but it is on its border. You can get to the attractions relatively quickly (on foot). It has underground parking that is closed over night (must be reserved in advance and it is paid separately, not included). Our room was a studio, so a little bigger than regular rooms. It was clean and comfortable: excellent bed, air conditioning, coffee/tea maker (the cups and coffee/tea bags were replenished daily if used), comfortable sofa, desk and table, enough storage room, modern aspect, towels changed daily, sheets every 3 days, bathrobes, safe etc. The room has windows but also a small balcony on the corner, for smokers. I have nothing negative to say about the room.

The hotel amenities are great. Rooms are nicely furnished, specious and the hotel is located close to both the beach and the city center. I cannot praise enough the young lady at the reception. She was so kind and welcoming and helped me with a special request to assist my grandma during check out. This great service made this stay stand out for me. Thank you for that!
