The bed was not super comfortable. The bathroom wasn't very clean. And there was loud music from the restaurant and some construction happening quite often.

I think it was the manager of the hotel that was the friendliest of them all! She even asked when our baby will be sleeping so that some plumbing could be fixed without bothering the little one. The view was absolutely breathtaking! We had a lot of requirements for the breakfast but everything was taken care of.

Very nice hotel in a great location. The view of the dam and the mountain is fascinating! The breakfast was delicious. The staff both at the reception and at the bar for breakfast was really kind, helpful and understanding (we were with 2 little kids). Booking for the same night at the last minute, they privided us with 2 cots and checked us in late (this is the first hotel we’ve been to, which provides matresses, not only the ones coming with the foldable cots). Our family had a pleasant stay! Next time we plan on staying longer! Thank you!

If you spill water outside the bathtub, there is no siphon or mop, so you can wait for it to dry, but in our case, we had to keep the kids out, so they don't get their feet wet. The restaurant is crowded on the weekends, so you must book a table front. The cuisine in the restaurant is not top of the top, but it is not bad. The pool was too deep for our kids, but they played in the weather nevertheless, and they liked it.

We came on a hot day and were happy to enter a well-cooled room. The receptionist was a very friendly woman which gave us a tour of the hotel. She helped us to book a table since the restaurant gets full very quickly during weekends. The view from the room was nice. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable. The kids liked the pool very much, although it was too deep for them.

amazing stuff, location and facilities. The food was very tasty. They are doing the impossible to make you feel home. They even arranged a free of charge off-road shuttle to bring us to the hotel, because the road was under repair.

The road to the village is in poor condition.

Road from Kardzhali to Glavatartsi is a challenge, it’s not great. Our room was eastern facing with bright green curtains which made sleeping in the morning difficult. Our room was also right across the stock room so for about a day there were crates of drinks right in front of our door.

Brand new hotel, polite staff, beautiful view. Plenty of good options in the restaurant, just make sure you make a reservation for dinner. Breakfast options were great and portions were very solid.

The friendliness of the staff was superior, it made me feel very well, even that the weather was mostly rainy during my stay. Hotel itself is new and well maintained. The food in the restaurant was also at a good level.

We were close to the stairways and under the restaurant, so we would hear when people would go to the restaurant in the morning or the vacuuming in the evening. It was not too early/late, so that was fine.

The hotel looks quite new, it was very nice and clean. There was a gorgeous view from the balcony, and the food in the restaurant was very good. The owner/personnel were all very friendly and welcoming.
