I have been travel in many hotels in Bulgaria and around the world but cozy hotel with so much taste of decorations and good vibe I didn’t meet often ! I was happy we make this choose of this hotel !

restaurant was not working on Sunday late evening (8pm), so it was hard to find where to eat after the road. but obviously pluses of this place overweighted this minor issue.

everything was really great: the room, staff helpfulness, cleanness etc. it’s definitely worth staying!

The style is a bit too pretentious and it is not adding value, just the opposite. But this is not something they can really fix at this point, unlike my second point... I booked a double room last moment, and they called me to tell me that they had no rooms available, just one apartment and I had to cancel my booking or pay double more for the apartment. It was late evening already and i had no other options where to stay. So, I refused and had to insist on them to take responsibility of the situation. I proposed they can offer me the apartment without paying extra. Finally after few calls and consulting with the manager they agreed to offer me the apartment. So at the end it was ok, but the first contact with the lady at the reception was very disappointing!

The place is new and clean. The restaurant is good, especially the service there was really professional! There is a private parking.

Only one thing missing - proper coffee espresso machine. Only instant-based coffee offered. Would love to see real coffee next time. :) And may be a little too well heated, to be honest. Hesitated to as staff about that.

Clean, modern hotel, everything good. Dog freindly. Decent breakfast and restaurant. Location close to mountain lift. Professionally built wifi network with ubiquiti ap's. Well heated rooms. Tea kettle in each room. Room service for food offered (not tried though). Neat backyard good for weather warmer than about +7 Celsium outside.

The hotel is in a quiet residential; area. Just a short stroll up the hill to the stair lifts. We took our dog with us and his own bed bowls and dinner. There is no lift in the property. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful pre ordered the night before. The only thing on the English breakfast that resembled one were the two fried eggs' maybe better to just take it off the menu. The homemade banitsa was delicious lots of juices and teas and coffees to choose from. Everywhere in the restaurant ; room and hotel was spotlessly clean. Dinner in the restaurant was very good; the service was impeccable. Prices were very reasonable for the quality of the food and the establishment. 2 starters 2 mains 1 side and 1 dessert and 250ml wine . 62lv The beds were just so comfy;I wanted to bring mine home. The room had a well stocked and very reasonably priced mini bar; The room was very warm and comfortable; super shower; lots of hot water. Coffee and tea making facilities in the room were good; we asked for more coffee and creamer sachets and these were given freely The lobby bar does not do cocktails ;it has a good selection of imported spirits but only Baileys for liquers. Again great selection of teas and coffees. The spa facilities were not available when we arrived but the receptionist said she would speak to the boss about it; that evening the spa was opened just for us ' not the jacuzzi but the steam room and two saunas. We had a wonderful hour relaxing there before dinner. This little hotel on the mountain side is a real gem. The staff are exceptional at going that extra mile with a smile to give superb customer service the like of which Ive rarely found in Bulgaria. Thank you to the team at the Monte Vedetta for a wonderful relaxing stay. We would love to return someday. Keep up the good work' excellent!

Everything is premium, almost new, thought out in the smallest details, which make the difference. Jacuzzi, saunas are a dream. And the restaurant is great, very good food. The landscape is wonderful, the green courtyard very arranged. Room like part of the castle. Very clean, all quality elements. I have never met such a location for the price paid. respect and congratulations to the owner.

The food wasn’t great and the shower was leaky.

The decor is beautiful, the property is made with taste and the comfort of the guests in mind. Our room had a lovely garden view and all the necessary amenities. the beds were super soft and comfy, just great vibes overall!

Attention to detail is exceptional. High end finishes are real joy for the eyes and pleasure to go back for more. Extremely low price for velue. Not many places in the world can offer such a clean, comfy, stylish and cheap room. I would like everywhere I go, to find one Monte Vedetta.

Great hotel in a quiet residential area, very close to the city center - 10 minutes by car. The cleaning standard is high. We stayed for just one night but I`d definitely come back again. I`ve asked for a baby cot, so they provided it immediately and even moved us to a bigger room for our best comfort. The garden is very nice and well maintained, I`d recommend adding some pictures of it on the booking.com account :) it`s a true gem.
