Very small rooms. Not enough food variety for breakfast. The lobby bar was out of stock for different beverages.

The hotel is newly renovated, well organized and with good location. Provides transportation to the slopes and back.

The personal in the restaurant was wery selective, depends where you coming from, they were rude with some of the guest and very nice with others (locals).

Hotel was refurnished, rooms nice and cozy, with great view to the mountains. Loby was great, staff in the lobby excelent and very helpfull. Room on the entrance to store the snowboards.

Pool and jacuzzi were small for all people. Billiards table was not even/horizontal. We did not get new towels for the spa on the second day

The room was quite small and it was too hot inside so we had trouble sleeping. Another thing that caused a problem was the sliding bathroom door which was very heavy for me to pull.

I liked the fact that it had a big glass window and you could see the wonderful snowy view outside since it was on the 8th floor.

We tried the hotel's "Bulgarian Village" traditional restaurant. The service and the wine were both terrible. Perhaps it is different when staying in season.

The hotel is located in the centre of the original resort area. It is a short walk to the Rodopi Speciality restaurant (best in Pamporovo) or Chevermeto (if it is open). Very helpful and friendly staff at reception and in the lobby bar which, unusually for a 4-star hotel, had Bulgarian beer - hooray!

The hotel has been renovated, including the SPA area which is quite nice. Restaurant has also been refurbished and is much cosier. In general it is one of the best value for money options in Pamporovo.

Minuses for the apartment at the second floor: - fungus in the bathroom - leaking heater in the bedroom - broken shower - broken shower courtain - missing plug on the baththub - missing plug on the sink - bad noise insulation - fridge barely working - TVs not programmed - all kind of marks, spots and damages in the room (carpet, walls, doors, ceiling) - unconfy beds - not all light working in the room - busy elevators, long waiting time - half board without free drinks (not even water) for dinner The main problem of the hotel is the apartment quality vs the 4 star rating of the hotel and the price paid. The room is a max. 2 starts with indulgence and I really mean it, that is how bad is it.

Staff - ALL of the staff of the reception and waitresses were very very rude. They did not speaking good English (if not at all) we could barely communicate, and unfortunately they did not make an effort to understand and help us. They were always in a rush to serve us although they were not busy. They all seemed like they hated their job. They were not helpful, they did not pick up the reception phone each time we called. BTW-please add your correct telephone number to Google. Its unacceptable that the number is wrong. Also you should provide plant based milk..

We liked the room a lot. The Housekeeping staff (cleaners) were very polite and always willing to help. The gentleman outside was also very polite and helpful. The guy serving us in Kosmos Bar at the top floor was also very kind.

It was very hard to close our room's door. If we were staying for more than a night, with ski equipment etc. the room might become a bit small. There is no covered parking.

The location of the hotel is great, there is a supermarket and a pub just in front. The staff was very helpful, our room was comfy and cosy. Great breakfast. Bed was extremely big and comfy. View was stunning! All was excellent for the price!

The furniture in the rooms is old. Children's beds were really instable. The carpet smells. The mini fridge did not function and even though I informed reception, nothing happened The sky bar needs a renovation Jacuzzi in pool area was dirty

The breakfast was average, and not good for 4star hotel. The dinner buffet was very poor. We had a problem with parking, not so much space.

The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable with a great view. Good (but small) storage for ski stuffs.

No security box in the rooms. No kettle either but we were able to borrow a spare one from the reception. I would choose rooms at the back of the hotel as front ones were getting too much noise from outside. Steam room was not working during our stay at all. Had a full body massage at the spa and I can say lady did the massage was quite amateur comparing to ones I had at other places. Room was also quite chilly hence was not able to relax:-(
