How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Single bed was very narrow. No desk or table to sit at to do hair, put make up on or work on laptop. No hooks or places to hang hand towel in bathroom or to hang wet costume and and spa dressing gown. Carpet had few stains . Minor details,but a desk or dressing table for stuff and somewhere for wet towels and costumes would have been much more workable. Luckily I had twin bed to put all my bits and pieces on. Wet things I hung over door and mirror in bathroom It felt a bit weird going through reception in slippers and dressing gown for spa. Booking was a bit confusing as it doesn't say on booking.com if spa access is included. Minimal communication from hotel on email enquiries and no replies to questions. On questions in booking.com they state there is no spa there! Limited spa access means no spa access . Charge for spa for a day is 50lv I finally found out after asking at the spa if it is not included in room price.
Lovely hotel, room had adjustable heating so nice and warm. Room and bathroom a good size. Bed comfortable if small. Kettle, complimentary selection tea, coffee and fruit in room. Room and bathroom nice and clean. Staff pleasant . Restaurant very good food and service and didn't break the bank. Breakfast good quality items and plentiful but limited choices. Just one cold meat, one fruit juice, one white or one yellow cheese, white or brown sliced bread. Tomato, cucumber, frankfurter sausage, boiled eggs. Nice selection jams and spreads. Good choice of cooked to order omelette, pancake or fried eggs. Hot drinks excellent selection. Filter, ground or instant coffees, hot chocolate black, green and fruit teas...Spa excellent as was massage. Good selection of drinks and snacks in cafe there. Booking was a bit confusing as it doesn't say on booking.com if spa access is included. Minimal communication from hotel on email enquiries and no replies. I had a problem with my rental car's GPS, and by a minor miracle found the location using my phone. I had a frustrating tour of some neighborhoods. Very relieved to arrive to a lovely place.
Rather elegant facility. There was a massage therapist available, but I didn't sign up. Nice restaurant and the food choices were good for me.

Restaurant could said to be pricey for dinner.
1. The spa is amazing, very impressive!!! Just for the spa in this hotel, you will want to come back to Sliven. Has jacuzzi, Roman bath, four different saunas, steam bath and even cold dip pool. All very clean and amazing with relaxing music and mood lighting around. Spa access is free for all the guests as well. 2. Breakfast buffet is good. Personal chef cooking amazing omelettes and pancakes for you. 3. Restaurant is also good, very beautiful courtyard with a guitarist playing live music. The food is amazing as well. 4. Location is 4 min away from town centre. And you can visit blue rock mountains 30 min away and Jheravna village 1 hour drive. 5. Staffs are very friendly as well

One cannot regulate the temperature in the rooms, so it was very cold with the air-conditioning in the night (even if outside was warm).

All good
They have a beautiful garden and the staff was very kind and all can speak English. The food was great and the prices were very decent. During evenings they have a musician who plays the guitar very softly and discretely. I have felt wonderful and I really recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to enjoy good food, good music, quiet and wonderful staff.
