Much better than expected. Everyone was lovely, the room was huge. The restaurant staff stayed longer to feed us after our flight. Nothing was a problem to them. Amazing experience, would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family. Great job!

The breakfasts could be a little better. I enjoyed them, but they could be improved. The toasts were never actually toasts - just slices of white bread. Bacon is hard and chewy, while I personally prefer crunchy.

The location is amazing: there's a promenade with many restaurants on it and the sea view. The rooms have balconies, from which it is nice to enjoy the sea view and the sunsets. The room was big, and for quite affordable price. Among ghe breakfasts omelet is nice and with a big portion - a nutritious choice for active day of vacation. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. It was an amazing stay, and will be my place of choice should I come to Pomorie again.

Great location with beautiful view and amazing service. Apartment was super big, we got huge two bedroom apartment with large shower, kitchen with living room and connected balcony. Simply prefect! stuff friendly and helpful. totally recommended!

Staff was very friendly and caring. All requests have been completed. Apartment was big and super clean. For the first time we were staying so close to the sea. Photos 100% correspond to reality. Really recommend to stay here!

The pillows were not very comfortable. Also, the bed was on the hard side.

Great view to the sea. The beach however is around 10-15 min walk. Very close to the Main Street. Very clean and specious rooms. Salish interior. Overall very nice family hotel. I definitely recommend it!

If you get the chanse to order the topfloor dubble room with 2 bedrooms do it. You get a great balcony thats gose a semicircle around the building. So you have the black sea just outside the window/balcony and the town on the back side of your balcony. 10/10 view.

I cannot think of any. P.s. Booking.com please reconsider the review of Ani (Fri, Nov 5, 2021) as the hotel is first line to the sea! The hotel and the hosts are grate and they do not deserve their score to be lowered by such guest that did not check by herself where the beach is!

We were welcomed by the cheerful staff members and the owners of the hotel. The room we stayed in had a great view, it was clean and spacious and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was delicious! We had a great stay in general and definitely will come back!

I wouldn't say I didn't like it, but in the kitchenette would have been nice to have a microwave oven and/or a sandwich maker. Unfortunately their restaurant was still not opened yet, but there are a lot of places to eat nearby.

Amazing location. The hotel was just renovated and the rooms look amazing. We rented an apartment which was huge: 2 bedrooms and a livingroom with a small open space kitchenette. The view from one bedroom and the living was amazing. Actually appreciated the view from the 2nd bedroom as well because I could check the car (there is public free parking on the side of the hotel).

The location was excellent with a balcony where you can see the sea at a few dozen meters. The room was nicely designed in a soft color palette. The staff was very nice and helpful :)

Amazing hotel in perfect location in Pomorie. Literally the best place you can get in the city. The room was exceptional with amazing view to the sea. I would definitely recommend this place. Perfect for couples or even for families.

I've been traveling a lot around the world, but I rarely had such a good overall experience like in Neptun Hotel. All the rooms have a balcony with a beautiful view over the sea on the calm side of Pomorie. Everything in the hotel is new, clean, beautiful and comfortable and the whole staff is super kind and ready to assist with anything. The city center is basically around the corner and any beach is reached within max 15 min walk. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around and the best cakes are just next doors :) Thank you Neptun for the beautiful experience!
