BulgariaThere were at least 20 mosquitoes in the room. It was a fairly small room, so basically they were buzzing and biting everywhere during the night. It was quite disturbing and actually ruined the whole experience with the hotel for us.
Great staff - polite, friendly, lovely girls. Outside the hotel is Blue Zone for parking, but you can leave your car there for tha day for 16 lv paying via the app of Varna municipality. Ask the staff for help with this.

BulgariaYou need a special request to use the elevator?! Location of the stairs is strange, and to get to the ground floor you need to pass by all rooms on all floors. There was a strange smell in the room reminding of moisture and mold.
The hotel has great location. It is two blocks away from main boulevards, very close to the Varna port and the Sea garden. There are excellent restaurants and cafes nearby.

Bulgaria- The room was ok. The bathroom is very small and my husband who is 2m high couldn't stay comfortably in the bathroom. The color palette was not great but this is a personal preference
- The location is great - walking distance from the centre and the restaurant/bar area - we stayed for just one night, and it was ok. For longer - I am not sure.

United KingdomNot comfortable pillows and not enough. I think they should add more pillows for better sleep. I expected a bath for the price of the hotel . Just two coffee's in the room for 5 days are not enough, (there wasn't any option as tea) the worse think was that I was ill with high blood pressure and it was impossible to take a nap in the afternoon as the cleaners were all around chatting loudly. The first time we arrived was really clean then the other few days cleaners stop doing their best by changing just the bed sheets and not touching even the bathroom leaving dirt and limescale everywhere.
Good size bed , I liked that there was small fridge for refreshments. I liked the design of the room and all the colours. Excellent location to town center . Great costumer service ,good reception.

BulgariaIt is run by a family but the husband has an attitude, they don’t tell you about the elevator they just point you to the stair even if your going to the third floor and it looks like it is only usable to go down and not up, what’s the point on having it.
There is no breakfast unless you request it the day before and is not included you would have to pay extra. It is a clean and newly remodeled place but you can hear everything that goes on in the hallway and the room next to your.

BulgariaThe place is a family hotel and it feels like the family lacks experience running it - the doors had card readers, but were opened with an old school key and not a card. To access the elevator you have to pass through the kitchen and a back passage. It was a bit difficult communicating in Bulgarian language the family is not really fluent in it. There was also a lot of barking noise from a dog nearby.
The room was cleaned daily which is not common in Bulgaria for some reason. The place was either new or freshly renovated - the AC worked well and we had a few more things at hand compared to other hotels in the same price range, which I actually consider basic amenities like hair dryers and access to ironing. The staff were nice.
