I had not booked breakfast in advance but paid 12 leva to add it. Despite it being a last minute decision the lady was very helpful and cooked fresh scrambled eggs at short notice. There was a mix up with be being initially double charged for my breakfast and laundry due to issues with the card machine and me subsequently paying in cash. The receptionist then went out of his way to come back to resolve the issue after the front desk had closed for the evening.

Nice, beautifully designed hotel in a quiet, yet convenient location. There is a little supermarket and also a few cafes and restaurants within less than 3 minutes walk. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel also offers laundry service for a small fee.

We liked everything.

The staff here are amazing, so kind and always are helpful. It feels like you’re at home here. They accommodate everything to your liking. Amazing location, very clean, very nice rooms. Me and my friends loved it here. 10/10, I recommend anyone traveling to Varna to stay here. Thank you.

The room is a bit small, but it is fine for a solo traveller. Also there was a warning at reception that the Internet connection is not suitable for streaming videos, which is not great for travellers who do also online business meetings.

The room, the bathroom, little fridge (new and clean) were quite well done. The room was safe and secure (good door lock mechanism). The staff was very kind and very helpful. They allowed me to leave my luggage in the hotel until 9 PM in the evening. Very good location near the train station and at a walking distance from the beach and the port. The hotel has a very nice green garden, and it is very nice for sitting outside.

Heard some construction work nearby after 8 or 9am. I was already up by that time so it didn't bother me though. The room was small but it was enough for me.

Everything was good - the room was clean, there was a shower cabin, hot water, wifi. AC heating was working fine. Quiet street, good location. Very friendly and helpful staff, I could leave my luggage before checking in and after checking out free of charge. It was great for a 1 night stay.

What i did not like, is not about the property itself, is about the fact that it was mentioned it had breakfast included, but when we arrived we were told our room rate did not have it. So check for that aspect when you book as it might be confusing.

The hotel is very comfy, warm, the rooms lovely and the breakfast was amazing. Will definitely come back

- I wish the hotel would have told me there were (noisy) renovation works ongoing at one floor level above my room during my stay. Fortunately only between 9 am and early afternoon. - white lights in the room. This is not cosy.

- close to railway station - friendly staff at the reception - small fridge in the room at a traveller's disposal (Note: I liked the city of Varna very much. City buses are cheap)

We didn't get to pick our breakfast but got served an omelette (unseasoned) and a simple side salad with coffee and juice the days we stayed with them. It was okay (edible but not a lot of flavour). We would've preferred getting to choose our breakfast. Also a little seasoning would be good, this didn'teven have salt on it. From earlier reviews we got the impression there would be a tasty breakfast menu to order from, this was not the case for our stay.
