Third time coming to Oleander House. As always, perfect holiday. Welcoming host,calm and quiet location but close enough to everything, free and secure parking.

It is a perfect place for those who are looking for a place to stay in Sunny Beach, having everything on hand: beach just in 100m, parking places, quiet hotel, beautiful garden, amaizing tenis courts, beautiful people who care about their guests.

The most beautiful, silent, clean and cozy place to stay in Sunny Beach. This exquisite beautiful hotel is one of the most precious I have ever visited around the world. The building - like a french riviera big house, full of flowers and cute decorations, the room, balcony, the staff there - everything was -like in every year - at the beast peak. There' s no other place like Oleander and we' ll be back the next year for sure. I have not enough words to recommend it. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸 Thank you!

Everything was perfect and the cherry on the top was Sugar, cutest little dog.

Everything. The hotel is close to the beach, it looks so beautiful in and out, the garden is a dream, absolutely gorgeaus, with the parrots gazeebo, the minigolf facilities, tennis courts, the garden bar and those amazing oleanders in full bloom. The staff is very kind, friendly and polite, they give full attention to the guests and keep the hotel super clean. We were offered free parking without asking or even knowing there is one. Everything was as expected and more, it may not be a 5 stars hotel, but the overall experience deserves even more than 5 stars. We ate the breakfast at the hotel terrace and was fresh and delicious, next time will try lunch and dinner too.Can't wait to come back.

A swimming pool or a sea view would be nice.

The hotel was very clean, a nice lady cleans the room every day. The wifi works great in the hotel, many other hotels visitors complain about it. The staff was kind and helpful, we felt at home. The room was big and comfortable. Everything was working completely. The hotel location was really central, you can get everything with a 5-10 mins walk. We had a big balcony.

The location was not placed in a quiet spot, but on a very busy street with a lot of noise. Not many TV channels.

The garden was nice, there is a lot of green inside the courtyard.

I have nothing contrary to say but just one thing. The tennis court was a little too expensive for me because i was intended to do that too.

The breakfast was ok. You have the possibility to choose and eat as long as you need. The location was awesome, aprox 3 minutes from the beach and very quietly
