Too many beginners on the slopes.So I had to use the red slopes to keep away from the beginners, before I had time to really get back into skiing after 8 year gap.

The breakfast at the hotel was good. If anything far too much. Getting back to skiing after an 8 year absence, the slopes were OK for getting back into skiing, but the quality of the snow was not great.

The rooms do not have AC or a fan, so plan to be hot at night in the summer. We could open a window, but there wasn't any wind so we were quite hot and uncomfortable at night. We sacrificed that for the pool however which was wonderful! The people who run the hotel don't speak the greatest English, and some of the staff are rude when you ask them questions. I think it's because they don't understand you. I might have preferred to stay closer to the old town, but you got the quiet here and a 10 minute walk isnt bad.

Cute hotel on the outskirts of town (about a 10 minute walk in). Great breakfast buffet and beautiful pool and grounds area. Super nice cat and even a turtle outside! The price was very reasonable, and they allowed us to check in after 9pm.

Even though our room was clean, there was a mold smell. We stayed in the attic and probably that was the reason of this strange smell. Last, poor variety of breakfast.

The spa facilities were good and clean enough. Moreover, the staff were very polite and willing to help us.

They could have use some proper bed wraps, instead of using a simple cotton cover. Useless to say that this fell during the night and I've slept directly on the mattress, which is slightly consumed, so definitely not new. The cover was not warm enough and they could have added some more in the wardrobe. The receptionist that checked us in spoke English, unfortunately the next day, when we asked for some directions, there was a different girl that spoke only Bulgarian. Luckily I went with a native, so no big deal.

The place is really cozy. Rooms are clean and comfortable. There is the SPA with jacuzzi, steam bath and sauna opened from 2 to 8 PM. There is even a outdoor swimming pool, but when I went it was winter and the facility was closed. The buffet breakfast is included in the price, the food is tasty. There is a bar that offers many cocktails and beverages. If you are going there to skiing or snowboarding, there is a small room where you can store your equipment and get changed.

The staff was cold and ignoring in the morning we went down for breakfast that of course we paid for and the coffee machine wasn't working so they said we have to pay if we want coffee from the lounge t The toilet is in the shower (no curtain or door) and the water gets everywhere so after taking a shower we put down the towels in order to be able to go to the bathroom at night and not God forbid slip in the morning we asked for new towels and the look I got from the receptionist was you asked for the strangest thing Of course we never got the towels and I had to ask again and again

The staff was very nice, always smiling. Food was good, for dinner we had a choice of three salads, main meals and dessert. We had a small room, but enough for a couple. I would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was a little far from the center, but it is not a problem for somebody that likes walking.

The hotel was very nice. The staff was very helpful, polite and friendly. The room was nice and the the price was excellent. It was a very good deal for the amenities that were offered to us. The breakfast was simple but tasty and the spa facilities were clean.

The bathroom was smelling terrible because of the sewers. Even if the staff was very nice, always trying to help, almost none of them spoke English. It was very hard to make yourself understood or understand what they say. The facilities were available only up until 8PM. If you return from the slopes in the hotel at 5-5:30, as most guests do, basically everyone has around 2, 2 and a half hours to enjoy a hot tub and 2 saunas. Imagine the crowd there. On top of that the whole Spa center was smelling like sewers and dampness. Wi-Fi connection was ok, when it was working, but there were moments when it was not available and got interrupted. Considering the price we paid, the stay was a pleasant one.

The staff was nice, always trying to help. The facilities (spa center) were somewhat ok, if you could ignore the smell and manage to get there before the crowd. The food was good and tasty. Also the shuttle service for the slopes was good, reliable and always on time. The location is 5 minutes away from the slopes if you are driving and around 40 minutes if you are walking. If you want to visit the downtown you will have to take a walk of around 15-20 minutes. The beds were clean and comfortable.

The breakfast had only instant coffee, which wasn’t great. Also the second morning the coffee machine was not working and even they had an espresso machine at the bar, they offered only hot water with instant coffee.

The spa facilities were very nice. Warm and clean apartment. The breakfast was nice but in case you are late you may not have access to all the choices. Lastly the van for the lift was helpfully and had scheduled routes.
