Controlling the temperature in the room was difficult it was mostly too hot and to cool it down the balcony door had to be opened. No AC just radiators.

Location was very good hotel was well equipped. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

The staff was not very friendly this time. Last year we stayed there everything by was just perfect, but this year there was some things missing and we will think twice before visiting again.

the spa is relatively small (vs the hotel's capacity) so at peak hours (eg Saturday afternoon) all lounge chairs are full; the ski van waiting line at both ends of its transit course is not organized at all so at peak times you have to hustle to get a spot; the restaurant has a very weird set menu system where you can only access the (excellent) salad bar if you order a three-course meal... in addition to the salad bar - way too much food for one person! but if you go a la carte you can't access the salad bar. They need to rethink this.

Rooms are great - some have a great view to the mountain; the hotel has lots of good common lounge areas - lobby and sky bar; free transportation to/from the slopes; has a spa area; the restaurant is good quality

The hotel charges 10 leva for parking. This was not mentioned in the website. The gym opens at 09:00 AM. This means that we cannot do gym before going out to the snow slopes. Breakfast was not included in the booking, We had to pay extra upon arrival. This was not mentioned in the web site.

Upper floor rooms have amazing views but the balcony doors isolation needs to be upgraded.

Not 5 star experience, 4 at best. No complimentary water in room. Hotel is renovated but the lobby is done more looks over comfort. Not very helpful staff at reception. I asked about the shuttle bus in advance upon reservation and was assured it runs every 15 minutes. Turns out it only does till 10:30 in the morning and the staring at 15:30 back. We arrived at 12 and had to take taxi. Also they told me it did not always stop at ski center 1 even though it was broadcasted on a map next to reception.

Rooms are comfortable and clean. Spa facilities are clean and actually nice, unlike many other hotels in the area.

Excellent location and very beautiful spa. Efficient gym, excellent breakfast and variety of it. All rooms have breathtaking view to the mountain. Very polite staff.

Spa was small and overcrowded, Perelnik spa centre is much better.

Great option to stay in Pamporovo. Comfy rooms, very good breakfast and nice garage for parking.

Cleaning in the rooms is not sufficient. Food left on floor even after cleaning. Restaurant ridiculous, especially in the morning, too crowdy, tables not cleaned after first guest, staff quite disoriented. Suite is somehow refurbished but worn already out.

The size of the SPA center js a bit too small, especially when the hotel is crowded. Although its size, it is very nice and clean. The dinner menu jn the hotel could be better.

The location was great, the staff was friendly. Our room has been cleaned every day. The hotel offers everything you need for a nice family vacation. There are plenty of restaurants in a walking distance from the hotel and bars where you can grab a drink.

bars were mediocre - with quality bartending they can get into cocktails too; the transfer to the slopes is first-come first-served, covers multiple hotels and is messy; jacuzzi is paid extra (I don't get that - you've bought it already, let people use it instead of it just sitting there empty)

poor english for the staff at reception. poor on providing support and info related to ski pass, renting etc. breakfast a bit expensive for the offer. no room for placing equipments and heating the ski boots

We went for lunch on arrival at the hotel's restaurant. The food was embarrassingly bad and expensive, and the staff at the restaurant met us coldly like we were beggars. After that, we didn't go to the restaurant again. The ski slopes locate far from the hotel and every morning it was a battle to get into the shuttle bus.

A stunning view! Comfortable bed, helpful staff. The SPA was pleasant with different types of hot rooms, except for the last day, when the swimming pool didn't work, and some blood stains (from a little accident the day before) weren't cleaned properly.

The fact that the spa center is supposed to work till 20:00 and when it’s 19:45/50 the staff stars to ask you to leave.

For people used to stay at 5 stars hotels...this is not 5 star hotel. It is good hotel but to expensive for what they offer.

the extra bed was a single sofa, impossible to sleep on. very uncomfortable. The phone didn't work and the internet as well. Poor breakfast. The room temperature was so hot we had to sleep with the window open every night.

We would like to be offered a pair of reusable slippers for special usage at the spa area (we were using the one and only pair that was our room equipped with, which were not changed the next day of our stay). I also expected more of a luxurious sky bar, since it was marketed all over the hotel.

We were enthusiastic about the food (both breakfast and dinner). There were choices for every taste. Maybe not that much for someone with certain food intolerances, though. The view was also extraordinary from our room. The balconies were wholely made out of wood and apart from your upper neighbor who could see us if bended forward, you had your privacy.

The swimming pool in the SPA is far too small and in the afternoon very crowded. There is no swimming pool for children. You have to pay 20 BGN LV to stay 20 min. in the jacuzzi. Dinner was every day the same and sometimes not enough for the big groups of guests. Food needs definitely an improvement!

The hotel is newly renovated, very clean, staff is friendly.
