The only thing I didn't like is breakfast. Breakfast was included in price and It's one dish and you cannot choose in advance. As recommendation please allow visitors to choose one of selected meals in advance (previous night).

Great location for everyone who is looking for being in the mountain outside of big town but accessible via car. Nice view, good restaurant and good value for money. There's no luxury experience but great value for money. Hotel provides everything what you need when outside in the mountain. Warm room, simple facilities inside but everything you need is there. Clean room and nice staff. In restaurant the food is nice, also has a nice lobby bar and playroom. You can go walking around or make a longer mountaineering to visit 7 Rila lakes (via lift or on foot) or Skakavitsa hut and waterfall.

You should get some highchairs for the kids to sit in the restaurant, this is our only remark 🙂

The staff didn’t speak very much english, but we still managed to communicate somehow!

Great view from the hotel and great location in the bulgarian mountains! The room was really clean and cozy. The food in the restaurant is amazing and cheap, absolutely recommended!!

Rooms were good but the views are exceptional. Staff very helpful and the food was excellent. A very beautiful and tranquil place from which to explore the Rila Lakes and surrounding countryside. You will definitely need a car in this area. Graeme

The view of the rooms and the terrace of the restaurant is exceptional. The studio was just fine as we expected. Very kind staff and very nice food in the restaurant. We would definitely return.

The room had a really unpleasant smell that we couldn't get rid of despite leaving the balcony door open for hours. The included breakfast was not very good. There were only four options, and when we asked for one of them, the restaurant staff admitted they didn't know how to make it! So there were essentially three options, and the food we received was not very good. You don't actually have good views from most of the hotel, so the name is a bit of a misnomer.

Not too expensive, and close to the national park. Room was clean. Wifi worked well. A decent budget hotel room with a balcony.

Situated in a great spot in the mountain the hotel is very close to the lake lift. The rooms are clean and the staff very polite and friendly.

the downside is the old facility, small bathroom with no separation for the showers

excellent value for money. very friendly and willing to assist staff. the lady in the reception helped me plan my day and suggested to drive us to the lift for free (which she did later).

The shower is not enclosed in a cubicle. We are not used to having a shower without a cubicle or at least a shower curtain. But since it was for one night only, we managed to adjust. Restaurant staff do not speak English at all.

Friendly welcome by the receptionist, who spoke English well. Good restaurant too. Breakfast is simple but good value for money. Location is ideal for peace and quite. Good free parking facilities

Love this place! By far, my favourite hotel to go to with my 3-year-old son. The staff is lovely! They have become like an extended family to me. Rooms are spotless clean. Playgrounds are well equipped - both inside and outside. There is a small slope behind the hotel perfect for sledging in the winter. Great lunch menu. Plenty of nature walks to pick from. My happy place! ❤️❤️❤️

That we only had 2 days to be there 🤣

The Hotel has amazing view of the Rila ridge, easy and free parking, excellent resturant. But the best feature for sure is the staff! Helped us with every question and request, all with a smile. Most of all NiKi, smiling, polite, helpful and just made us feel at home. And as a birdwatcher, excelent birding on the Hotel lawn and around.

Staff was really nice and helpful. The location is very relaxing and calm. The room was clean and ideal size for two adults. View from the balcony was fantastic and there was overall quietness in and around the hotel. Breakfast was solid and the restaurant had good food.

location is perfect, I think the best in this village. the Mountain View from the balconies is amazing. the food in the restaurant is home made and absolutely delicious. staff is super nice and helpful. you can see that people there are passionate about their job and about providing you the best accommodation possible. highly recommended! thank you so much!!!

Excellent breakfast with the best view Bulgarian mountains can offer. It's worth it! I only regret not staying longer. Absolutely polite stuff that exceeded my expectations.
