Food 4/10 - very basic compared to other hotels in Bulgaria. We had an incident in the parking lot, a Bulgarian national damaged our windshield wipers and put a tyre on our car, because we removed it, as he put there to reserve a free parking spot. Reception does not offer any information about hotel, parking etc., you have to ask even for directions to the room when you check in.

Every day I begged the maid to clean the floor and take out the trash by 1:30 p.m., because then the child would go to sleep. One day I even took the broom and mop and I cleaned. She was very lazy. He would put garbage bags at my door and not take the full ones, asking me not to leave them in the hallway. A big minus is that there are no mosquito nets, and the air conditioners blow right into the bed. There are mosquitoes, flies, moths, ants, even centipedes and everything gets into the room if the door is not closed. We got bitten a lot.

The food was nice and varied. There is something for everyone. The room was spacious. Even though it was almost the end of the season, they weren't messing around. We loved it!

The people left beach towels on the sunbeds in the morning and went back on the rooms and came back after 1, 2 o'clock, the hotel didn't have a strong rule against it. The AC didn't work in the restaurant and they only left the door open for the breeze, if you weren't standing near the doors you had to prepare for a good sauna. And the hotel needs a good cleaning

The food is almost the same everyday, low quality for a "5 stars" hotel. Yes, you will not starve, but it is not tasty, sometimes not well cooked, too much pork. There are no free sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach, but near the pool. The animators team is nice, but there is NO real entertainment in the evening, only the animators. Drinks... awful, as in general, at all inclusive . But, I don't understand what is the Ultra All Inclusive at this hotel. No free private beach, no international bottled dinks, no shows in the evening. 8 stars it is too much for this hotel. And the minibar ONLY water.

Fantastic view, if having sea view room. The rooms are comfortable and up-to-date, all the hotel is comfortable in general. The pools are very nice. The beach is with fine sand, water shallow, family friendly.

Swimming pool - sand and dirt in pool, also chairs and tables around swimming pool were not cleaned overnight. People reserved chairs with towels for the full day without being there - hotel takes no responsibility for this (no controls in place). Restaurant - quality not good for 5 star, no portion control (people taking lots of food and eating only a portion - massive amounts of food thrown away), shameful. Beach - you have to pay for it, not part of the hotel and this point is not made clear on booking.com information- not 5star all inclusive access! Boat to Nesebar (not part of hotel but advertised everywhere in hotel) - it didn’t show up.

Excellent view from the rooms (seaside room) - beautiful seaside view, rooms were cleaned and maintained perfectly. Lobby bar was comfortable with seaside view. Glamour restaurant was better and great view. Bar area above Glamour restaurant was really amazing and fun at night.

The hotel was far from the town, but it had own entertainments and bars.

The hotel was on the beach with pools and sun beds. Great location, own beach and clean sea. The room was comfortable and clean. It was cleaned every day. Plenty of food and drinks at any times. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Not many English speaking staff makes communication difficult at times. No hangers in the wardrobes. Loungers on the beach do cost extra and towels left on the free loungers overnight all week as guests ‘claimed’ them meaning not so many spaces left. Book taxis in advance or try to agree a price first as expensive if you hail one.

Great room, cleaned every day and comfortable. Lots of food. Cakes and drinks available from the lounge all day. Good breakfast selection. Ice cream and slushies at the pool. Activities for kids daily and a separate pool with slide and frame. Pool nice size and not cold. Right on the beach. Boat daily to Nessebar old town at extra price but a really nice day out. Pool towels included. 2 mini markets on site. Glamour restaurant situated by the pool and serves food 12-22.00 every day. Usually quieter than the main restaurant and serving slightly different foods. Burgers and pizzas available all day.

Access to the beach a little heavy from the top floors. Poor food menu, not to many options, but not bad quality for what it was. Far from the actual city, with low options to visit something by foot, only with car. Lack of inside pool Sunbeds not included, 30Leva/day for 2 sunbeds+umbrella

I'd suggest adding a pedestrian exit near the beach, next to restaurant Glamour. Otherwise you have to walk on sand which is not always nice if you wear unsuitable shoes.

Incredible staff, friendly and helpful. Amazing animation team. The view is amazing and the rooms are clean and spacious. There is a great variety of food, you cannot stay hungry, there are healthy choices.

The food and the cleaning in the rooms. The rooms were cleaned every day, but under the beds and curtains it was full of dust. Also, the food was not very tasty and there was a poor selection of fruits and salads. Difficult to find something really great to eat!

food choices looks like more with a canteen, instead 5* hotel. Cheap food mainly ( salami, cookies ,...) with couple exceptions ( rice with mussels, octopus bits with vegetables at launch), but ok if you have not big expectation

Food - such a nice hotel and such a poor menu/food selection. Also the quality of the vegetables and fruits was poor. The melons were rotten. Tomatoes far from being tasty. Mostly pork including meals. One cook was available to cook for ALL the guests behind the grill and breakfast omelette/pancakes so people were queueing and in a rush the fry time was not enough for the pancakes. Access to floors 3, 2 and 1 is a long walk. Not suitable for elderly people. The most dangerous: elevator doors!!! BE CAREFUL! The doors were to smash and kill a child. You can keep the doors open, however, once they start to close, you can't stop the process. They are fast closing heavy metal doors and can hurt - kill people.

The hotel location, architecture and the light shows were ok. Staff was helpful and some were really nice to the guests.

It is 5* hotel without any ATM at the place....There are big differences between the staff members. Half of them has been nice and helpful, but the other half has even looked like they are doing favor to us that they there. Simply put... lazy people, bothered by guests asking them something. Management of the hotel should put the manners of their people together if they want to be really 5* hotel.

Awesome big new clean room with everything needed. Great food and drinks. Nice indoor and outdoor restaurants. Great silent location just a few minutes by bus from Sunny Beach (if looking for an entertainment). In the resort you have basically everything what you need for your stay. It is the real paradise. I would recommend going there to everybody.

First ... it is not a 5* location. It can be rated at a 3+, max with indulgence 4*. Bad smell in the bathroom, ventilator not functional, furniture arrangement in the room (not) to stay/sleep with the AC on - location, management of human flux to/from beach-rooms-other location, in restaurant service-peoples where not very good prepared profesional or ... they have no stimulent to work and do what they should to, in the right way. The beach was littered in the morning/evening - that's because of the tourists: Ukrainians, Bulgarians, Romanians, Poles, Hungarians, Lithuanians, Moldovans ... and not only there. How the same tourists behave themselves in the restaurant ... not like from a civilized Europe, or maybe I have great expectations.

In my opinion, the food in the restaurant is not at the 5-star level. Anyway, great sea-view from the terrace.

Great location, very nice sea-view from our balcony at the 7th floor. There is a very beautiful beach in front of the resort with sun-beds but also free area. The kids can play safely in the water due to the low level of the water.

You should do something with those customers who keep the sunbeds from the pool occupied 24/7 (non stop, day and night). You should ask your customer to take the towels from the sunbeds at the end of the day. It’a really unpleasent to see how some people take in posesion the sunbeds from first day to the last day of their vacation. You should also provide free sunbeds on the beach. I would have expected to have free sunbed at the beach in front of the hotel.

The room was excellent, big and comfortable. Every day cleaning of the room, we recieved new towels when we asked for. The food was modest but decent/decent but modest. Excellent beach for our 2 years old daughter.
