Many thanks to the staff. We had a small accident with our kid and they gave us a lift to the local hospital. I believe the guy who gave us a lift was Toni, so massive thanks to him and the ladies from the reception. All in all, very happy with the stay.

The hotel is very nice, the SPA area is good, especially the outside pool with hot water is very nice when the weather outside is cold. The coffee at the breakfast is good and in general the food in the restaurant is tasty.

Everything. This is one of my favorite spa hotels in Bulgaria. Visited 5 times and everytime is exeptional. Clean, peaceful, great stuff, excellent spa area and mineral pools, late check out and so much more...

We took the most expencive room and expected to have view to the forest. We got a view to the roof and 2 other buildings. First day the outside jakuzi did not work.

We traveled with our daughter and son in law. We all liked everything about this hotel! The check in was quick and easy, the receptionist was polite and professional. Our luggage was left in front of our rooms The room was very clean, very well appointed, with adequate air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable with clean, crisp linens. We ate all our meals at the restaurant. The breakfast was a buffet style and was included with our stay. There were many different food options. Everything was fresh and tasted great. The ala-carte menu at the restaurant was exceptional. We have had amazing food at different places around the world and we rate the food ( the Bulgarian style dishes and some of the Italian style ones) at the restaurant as one of the best we’ve had. We had a amazing service by all of the waiters, however one gentleman stood out with his exceptional service and professionalism. We forgot to ask his name :(. We were told that the hotel donates all the unsold food, prepared that day to a local orphanage ❤️ The spa was also very nice, with several areas for thermal treatment and relaxation. We all got different types of massages and body treatments, however we thought that massages ( by separate massage therapists) were mediocre and worth what we paid for them. On the other hand the products used and the cleanliness were top notch! As far as outdoor activities are concerned, we did a hike to Pashovi Scali cliffs and took a trip trough the mountain on the narrow gauge line train. Overall we had a wonderful vacation.

We were with a baby stroller and it is not very convenient but the staff was always there to help.

The rooms are big and spacious, the staff is very nice and responsive. Nice restaurant with a kids corner with activities, and good food. The pools are clean and warm, the spa is also good.

In comparison with my previous visits, I found a retreat in the quality of the breakfast.

It is my third visit at the hotel and my third review so I will make a slight comparison with my previous experience. The hotel’s staff is even more professional and polite. The facilities are with the same good quality as before. The room was huge and as quiet as possible. There are still plenty of parking options – inside the garage and outside - at the area around the hotel.

We had a grandma with us who uses a wheelchair sometimes and a baby with a stroller. Accessibility for those vehicles wasn't ideal. The ramps are very steep and slippery so we had to carry them on the stairs at the entrance. Not a problem but would definitely not bring an elderly person there again. Otherwise, all was good.

Great hotel, really nice amenities and helpful staff. The location is nice because it is out of the town, rooms are silent on all sides and the views are stunning. We really liked the warm pool for kids and that it is on the opposite side of the bigger pool for adults. The restaurant was a highlight with its delicious meals. We didn't eat anywhere else.
