No spa or Jacuzzi, but I realise it’s normal for two stars hotel and the breakfast is very basic but did the job

It’s spacious and warm, very clean with friendly and helpful staff, good size rooms and amazing views almost like you are in the Alps

Bath room : no space tu put toilettry. One TV in leaving room but no TV in sleeping room. Lamp on balcony didn't work. Roof window not possible to darken. Cups and glasses at disposal but no frigobar and no boiler for coffee or tee.

Breakfast good and various. Room very big . Bed very large and comfortable. Nice balcony with small table and two chairs. Big hall with several sofa. Bar in the hall well equipped. Large garden and a good free parking.

Need larger bedsheets. They use undersized ones, that cannot be tucked well under the mattress. You turn twice in bed and the whole thing is in a ball under you. It is kind of funny because this town manufactures bed linen and is famous for it🙂. I would also have liked some brown bread for breakfast. There was only white plus some very buttery pastries. However these are small concerns, compared to the overall lovely experience at the hotel

Staff at Reception was awesome - very polite and helpful. The location is excellent - it is a quiet place but just a short and pleasant walk away from the town centre. The grounds are well kept and overall the hotel is very clean.

The booking was for an "excellent breakfast", but it was far from the pictures. There were not even table cloth, the food was not very good quality.

The location is perfect, it is quiet and near to a park. The room was clean and the staff is friendly.

The rooms could have been a bit bigger. I believe during the summer it's a popular place for sport preparations, so with the number of children and young adults present the place gave away a vibe of a summer camp rather than a mountain hotel.

The location was fine considering the town itself is in the middle of nowhere. The surrounding is green and relatively quiet. If you are headed to Plovdiv or the seaside it's not a bad short rest point.

Booking says there is a restaurant but in fact it is closed. Booking says personel speaks English but no one does.

Hotel is very pretty, everything is clean. Breakfast is okay but nothing outstanding. When I stayed there big group of school kids were there as well. Honestly there were not disturbing but definitely may be important for some people that it's a place for big groups/events.

The lack of SPA section in the hotel. The idea of going to the near hotel for spa is not an option in rainy or cool days. It will be nice if there is at least a billiard table or something else for entertaining in the hotel! Just a suggestion! :)

Our hole stay was awful - the room had stains on the carpet and sofa( possibly body fluids 🤨), we asked for room switch with a more clean one but the second one was also dirty, the walla had scraches. We asked for cleaning, from 11 to 18 nobody came in the room. The breakfast was very poor - loaf of bread, some microwave croasants and eggs. The second day we had breakfast in the lobu because they were painting the restaurant - we only got cold white bread with eggs boiled at least yesterday and old ham. For this price, actually for any price the hygiene and the food were not a match at all!!!! We had to leave a day early and out vacation was ruines because of the staff that we say smoking cigarettes in front of the hotel and not doinf their job. We expect a compensation for the missed night and the awful experience.

There was no heat, room wasn’t very clean and it just made our stay very uncomfortable.

Unfortunately, the hotel hasn't a restaurant, so only breakfast was possible to have locally (dinners in the city, not far away). Also unfortunately, the hotel was a summer camp for many teenagers and even they were quiet during the nights, were pretty active during breakfast (and in the breakfast room), so the breakfast itself was a challenge with all of them around ... Also, one of the hotel's guests kept a great big dog in his room (to be clear, I have nothing against pets, but I can't agree with barking dogs near my room from 22.30 to 24.00 because his owner closed him alone in his room ...) so even my room was the latest in the line and was supposed to be quiet, actually was not ...

The hotel is placed in a pretty quiet location, very close to the city park and this was good for walking. Also, the city center is close enough at 15 min. walking distance, so is not difficult to visit it (history museum, historical houses, etc.)

Poor maintenance, not clean, large room but small shower-toilet, couldn't prepare coffee because power too high, restaurant didn't work at evening/night, bottleneck @ breakfast for toasts and hot water.

We are very satisfied with our stay. Rooms are big with air-conditioner, comfortable beds and interactive TV. Every space in the hotel is warm and cozy. We liked the breakfast, the quiet park location and the parking. The staff is very friendly, welcome and helpful. We will visit Park Hotel Asarel again for sure!
