It would be nice if the air condition could also work in April, especially when the temperature outside is appr. 30 °C as at my arrival.

The hotel was already existent in the socialist era, but was renovated surely during the last appr. 5-10 years. The furnishings are modern simple but sufficient. Cleanliness excellent. Excellent WiFi. I had a room in the 16th storey facing west with a breathtaking view over the city. The breakfast is served as a Bulgarian-style menu with a good choice of different stuff. Good coffee and juices. You will not be able to leave this meal hungry. The metro station is in 5 min footwalk distance. I recommend to use the paid parking opposite the entrance at rebated tariff. Costs appr. 7 Euro/day and is easier than to find a (legal) parking spot in the neighbourhood.

Unexpected charge of BGN 30 leva for a 3rd person! Although I have already prepaid for 3 ppl and my reservation was for a suite with 3 single beds there was an argument with the receptionist that it wasn’t, thou I had a prove that 3rd person was included in my payment the reception still asked me to pay. Poor breakfast! Limited choice. The coffee tasted awful and the milk like water.

The Panorama suite on the highest floor was with great views over the city. Spectacular for watching NYE’s fireworks. Comfortable overall.

bathroom tiles need attention. I did not find a way to regulate the heating - it was very hot with the panel on, and clold without it. They need to improve the breakfast.

It ok to stay for a few days. We came a bit earlier than the official check-in time and that was not a problem - they gave us the rooms. The view is nice on the high floors. The room is basic but does the purpose.

Out of date imposing Soviet style design (which is ok if you drop the pretentious attitude that it is for business people or somehow classy). I changed my reservation at check in to pet friendly suite (as I didn't realise when I booked that it had to be this suite) and so paid extra and an extra night. I did not argue about this and accepted the amount to pay. I was told the cancellation fee was waived and have proof of this. The next day I was asked by reception to go all the way back up to my room on the 13th floor to fetch my receipts. I was then given a receipt with a refund on it...so I presumed I was to be expecting a refund. When I didn't receive a refund a week or so later, the hotel said there wasn't one, as if I was the one arguing about the price of the suite. BUSINESS TIP: if there isn't a refund then don't give the client a receipt for the visa with a random price on it and the word REFUND, then there would be no issue whatsoever.

The view is amazing, the area is out of the centre but it seems really nice. There is a park and lots of cool cafes close by

In my opinion, the parking fee should be included in the hotel price, given the fact that the rooms are not cheap at all.

We had to find a new hotel urgently after a failed accommodation in another place and even though we arrived at Park Hotel "Moskva" around 9PM, we were given a room immediately! The rooms were very clean and the beds were really comfortable. The breakfast choice was rich and everything that we picked was delicious. The rooms were also warm and the atmosphere was really peaceful overall.

You can't open the windows in the room. (just a bit, but notfully.) For those who want to smoke, there's no smoking area in this huge facility.

Stuff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was comprehensive and tasty. There's a restaurant on the 19th floor with a nice panoramic view. Prices are reasonable. The whole facility is very clean.

No place to get coffee before 7 am- no coffee in the room or the lobby. :( Breakfast was mediocre, eggs were not ready on time, no fresh fruit, not well organized. The only working restaurant when we arrived was the Panoramic one. Service was so slow, we almost walked out.

There is nowhere you can buy food after 10 p.m. around the hotel.

The room was spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable and the view is fantastic. It's great there is overnight parking across the street. Coffee was great!

No hospitality tray (kettle, tea coffee milk) in the room and the breakfast selection was not great....a coach load had just left the hotel but they hadn't bothered to refresh the breakfast buffet
