Nothing really. It was a pleasant exprience.

The hotel is obviously renovated not very long time ago. And I have to say, in my opinion it has been a success. To be honest: after booking I regreted. -What have I done? Booked one of these tired hotels from the old system that desperatly needs some renovation? But as my headline says; I was surprised in a positive way. They have had the courage to keep the old style and atmosphere in the hotel .That combined with nice and clean comfortable room, and friendly staff, makes me not hesitate booking there again.

A 1970s luxury hotel that lost its former glory. It looked outdated. Also, the breakfast was meager.

The AC didn't work well.

Everything was good. The staff was really helpfull, the location was couple mins from the metro station, the rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. Special thank for the high floor & the amazing view to the park.

I found the beds a bit too firm. But many prefer this. Location is beautiful but a little far from the city center.

The view over the park is phenomenal! Hotel staff arranged for a packed breakfast for an early morning. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious. And the housekeeping was really on top of their game regarding the timing of their work. Breakfast was good.

Water leaks from the toilet

The room was large and sunny; the bathroom was nicely refurbished and clean. Wonderful surroundings. In the morning you can have a walk through the forest.

It"s an old hotel with some arrangements. Tbey give me a room with seoarated and unconfortable beds, at 16 th floor Bot good air conditioning - a central system, I estimate the temperature at 26°, it was impossible to change something. Poor brakfast, almost half of the bună plates was empty and they don't fill the plates. Low cost jus. The parking was 4 euro/night. I will not came back, I'm sure I can find somethong better for this price.

Yiu have around some restaurants. The hotel is in the middle of a forest/park. It was a nice view from the 16th floor.

No breakfast added for the price of the room. Had to go and pay on the reception for my breakfast as the staff in the restaurant couldn’t receive my payment. Somehow annoying early in the morning before coffee 🙂

The pillows very hard and the shower tends to drain slowly.

Great view over the park in the old diplomatic district. Intriguing place with hints of communist-era decor and new Bulgaria rising. Soft beds, air con, glorious views, cool shade for breakfast, grand dining room for supper. Only the pillows need upgrading from firm to soft then this place would be perfect!

The actual room and equipment felt a bit dated (except for the bathroom), but it's alright, it's in the bulgarian average anyway...

Had a room at a high level floor, the view on the park and the city was insane, seen some sunset and thunderstorms from my room, one of the best views I had in an hotel so far.... The room was simple, not so big, but it did the job very well. Bathroom looked like it was renoved recently, was really nice with a small bathtub. Check in and check out were fast.

Internet sometimes was patchy in the room, but 98% of the time it worked excellently. I wish breakfast offered more variety, and I wish the hallways and lobby were a bit brighter/more cheerful!

Room was amazing! With an incredible view (mine was on the 16th floor!). For the money, I don't think you can get a better room! Excellent, clean, well-lit bathroom with a tub, spacious room with a comfy bed, radiator and central air, large windows, good internet!

The hotel itself is not efficiently organized. It does not provide basic amenities in the room, and everything costs extra. The breakfast was basic and the food quality was not the best. It's the staff that makes the hotel more pleasant.

The staff were amazing! The lady who checked me in at the reception was exceptionally helpful and courteous. She handled all my inquiries and requests with exemplary manners. The night shift lady also deserves special recognition for her kindness and assistance she provided while i wasn't feeling well.

Pictures and the suite room does not match each other... I felt like in early 90s in the room I stayed. One of the towel had bunch of hair inside.

Not the type of room we were expecting when booking a junior suite. Needs a lot of renovation. The breakfast such a disappointment and the free parking was not free.

Check in was extremely slow. Receptionist wasn't welcoming. Parking was an extra fee which was odd as the car park appeared to wholly belong to the hotel, but we werent told about the charge. No kettle in room. Curtains didn't block out dawn light. Rooms were shabby.
