very rustic, large rooms, slightly old furniture, the location is in a lush green park, close to the center, the employees are friendly, the breakfast is sufficient (you choose from 4-5 types of breakfast the day before), the car park is at the top of the hotel, the parking areas are large.

This is not a criticism but the young waiters in the resturant area in the evening/night shift could be provided with a bit more training. When asked how was he doing, his reply was "working as a slave" which actually made me think, are they not being paid which i am certain they are as it seems a great place to work, interact and play.

The People at the front desk are amazing, each one of them. location is amazing. Situated right inside the park. Also great coach and motorway links to major cities, monuments, history, culture, resturants and so forth. Internet is super fast too. That gives people likecme the freedom to work from anywhere from the premises.

The pastries where packets it would of been nice to have the likes of fresh croissants etc however there where plenty of other breakfast options.

The Breakfast was fantastic, ordered the day before for the following morning breakfast which included Cerial, various fruit, pastries, yogurt, and toast. The pre ordered included the above as well as a choice of omelette, full English,fried egg or scrambled on toast, pastry or continental. The coffee comes from a machine, However I have to say it was one of the best coffees I’ve had!

Bathroom was beautiful but totally flooded when showering resulting ine slipping and falling and banging my head. The water from.dhower goes under the glass screen to toilet area and floods entire room. Parking is great however struggled a couple of times to get a space as parents with children using the pool path thrte too, parking should be hotel guests only.

Wall and ceiling around the air-conditioner needed repainting, carpet was also quite old and good to be replaced :)

Not much at all, we loved this hotel

- The hotel location is in the public park over looking the tennis club, you are surrounded by trees & gardens which was lovely, it's a great base to set off and do some walking from - We had an enormous apartment room which was excellent value - Good breakfast with hot & cold options, cereals and fruit - Couple of excellent restaurants in the park within 10 mins walk

The hotel is very good and well situated in the municipal park Saint George. The staff is friendly and helpful. However some more things could be improved (the door of the bathroom for example) for it to be perfect.

Rooms are spacious with balcony over looking the tennis courts and park. Beds are comfortable, room very clean and breakfast really nice. This is our third time of staying here so that should tell you something 😊. Also, free parking a bonus.

A perfect hotel, located in a unique and peaceful area in dobrich city. The room was very good, big, renovated The hotel is very clean, well-maintained , lot of stuff. food was tasty, fresh, veriaty, buffet - excellent . There is no sauna or spa as seen on the pictures! The floor in the rooms could need a deep cleaning! The breakfast is not very good!

It was all very good really, so not much to criticise.

Excellent hotel with good facilities. Restaurant open and busy with hotel guests and locals. Bar open and busy. Plenty of staff, so no waiting to be served. Everything worked correctly. A model for other hotels. Value for money is excellent.
