Inability to adjust heating in the room in the evening. It was so hot. When we opened the window it was too smoky outside to keep it open.

More variety of food is needed, and not only white bread. There is all the time noice coming from the machine that cleans the water in the pool.The restaurant was very cold, seems they do not heat it.

Breafast was ok, nothing special, the dinner is better. I have already been in this hotel, it is at footsteps of the mountain. It is very hot in the room. They are finally building covered pool inside. The outside one is rather small and there is no covered passage to approach it. Yet I used it and was great in wintertimes. In the early autum it was too populated with guests.

Strange and ineffective management- we needed to go three time to different rooms - the rooms we were given were not cleaned yet. Next day they started cleaning the rooms above us at 8.00h in the morning. The staff in the restaurant not trained properly. There were some very noisy guests from Macedonia - there should be some control - both at the restaurant and the pool.

Good value for money, we liked the food ( HB arrangement). Rooms are nice.

The fitness was too simple. It can be improved. The swimming pool was adequate, but it is okay with such price.

The location is quiet. It is good for relaxation. The breakfast and the dinner were great. My room was big enough, clean and comfortable. I will definitely come again. The Sauna and Jacuzzi were awesome.

Excellent location, quiet, next to the forest. Breakfast and dinner buffet with a lot of varieties. Rooms clean and spacious. Spa facilities available from 8am to 8pm. Staff extremely nice. Nothing more to wish for.

Overheated rooms, no towels nor water dispenser in the Spa, lighting in the sauna not appropriate, no water tap in the steam bath, pool size not enough for such big hotel.

The spa center was outdated, the relax room was dark. The music at the restaurant was extremely loud, we could not hear each other

The rooms and all areas were very clean, the staff was polite and professional, the food was tasty. Some of the rooms have a fantastic view towards the forest

It was extremely hot in the room and you can't control the temperature except by opening the door which is waste of energy and money. There was a strange permanent noise inside the room which was too annoying and it did not let you sleep. The breakfast was too poor with no variety at all for a 4- star hotel. The last but not least in my booking request I asked for a QUIET room on a higher floor but we were offered a room on the 1st floor above the spa area.

The location of the hotel is good- near the city centre and near a forest. The outdoor pool is great.

Very small pool, usually full with gueast and children who do not use the children part of the pool, on hot days the temperature of the water should be less high, noice of very mughty aircondishening of the restaurant and the motors that clean and refresh the water in the pool, wedding party until 3 in the morning. Beds have water protection sheets above the matraces that makes you hot and wet during the night. Like in nursery homes..cleaning ladies decide if they would give you sth. If you need it, like towells, new dry bathrobes etc, seems they should, along with some of the receptionists be trained better.

The breakfast was all the same every day, but ok. Miss seeds, nuts, fried vegetables and tea bags, butter and honey (not substitudes).

SPA have only one swimming pool and it's very small. They don't provide towels at the spa. They have very good system for ordering coffee drinks and cocktails at the pool/ online via your phone but the staff never brought the drinks I ordered so in this case it's pointless. Restaurant and bar service need definitely improvement. The should install vending machine in the lobby so guests could purchase bottle of water or snack or something else 24/7. No mini at the room either.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Receptionist did great work very polite and professional and helpful.Front desk and housekeeping doing great job.
