I was quite satisfied with my stay

I stayed for one night in a single room, it was small but comfortable. I liked the hotel, it's very nice and close to the bus stop, the center and the Sea Garden. Many thanks to the staff, ladies and a gentleman, they've been very helpful. I liked the stay there

Our room was at the underground level. Early in the morning they started to prepare breakfast room just above us and made noises.

The one thing I found disturbing is the smell of cigarettes in the hallway in the morning time. The second evening, there was no hot water in the shower, just barely warm.

The location and the staff are amazing. I have been staying in the hotel for the last 5 years. Very convenient, very comfortable, and clean.

Drinks at breakfest - juices were cheap and very artificial, coffee was bitter. Hot tub - of coure we booked this room because of hot tub! Firstly, it took long 25 minuts to fill, but okay. Then I turned on whirpool, and there came dirt from nozzles! Small brown pieces of i dont know what and even few hair. Of course we didnt use hot tub full of dirt, we called recepcionist and she just said ,,Sorry", without offering any compensation. I had to ask twice for some compensation, i suggested they can give us 10 euros (20 leva) back. I think it was minumum we could ask for, nevertheless we were handed 20 leva cash unwillingly and without word. I find this very impolite and wouldn´t come back again.

Location is great, right in city centre and still very close to Sea Garden and beach. We had big room with nice spacious teracce and hot tub. Furniture is older, but still nice and maybe thats why you feel like royalty in some castle while staying there :) Windows around bed give nice and original touch. We liked food at breakfast. We could leave our luggage at reception after checkout.

The internet in the room was not good. Couldn't get connection at times, and then when I was connected it would go on and off randomly.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Very short walk to the pedestrian centre, quick walk from there to the beach. Everything is in close proximity to the hotel.

There was a slight smell of cigarettes in my room that bothered me a bit. Everything else was alright.

Everything was fine, the beds were comfortable enough and the breakfast was good. I liked that the hotel was close to the main street and not to far from the sea. We had only spent there one night so I can't really write too much about my experience, except that everything went as planned.

Room was very small, the toilet cistern was constantly making noises and I had a hard time sleeping. The WiFi signal was too weak and I was constantly getting disconnected.

the toilet wouldn't stop flushing the water inside and it could get pretty noisy at night (it bothers u while u try to sleep)

Toilet flushing broke (but was fixed soon). Understanding of english language at the reception not ideal - I asked to borrow a pen while the response was "sure, no problem" but no pen borrowed. 🙂
