AustriaOnly thing was that the rooms smelled a lot after cigarettes, which is common, but still a bit annoying. The building is an older one, so there are some repairs necessary. Nothing important. For example my toilet was leaking, so we closed the water after we used it.
It was very nice and good food, the quality was also very good. The staff was perfect, friendly, helpful and we enjoyed the furniture. You were able to sit on the table to eat and then outside next to the bar and enjoy some conversations. The indoor pool was also clean and the kids had their fun.

Serbiano parking in front of the hotel even if it said it had it. Was led to a paid parking at the bottom of the street where i was overpaid. The all inclusive buffet was simple with few meal options, with cheap juice and no dessert options. The pool chairs were taken by residents at 6 am with towels and left for the whole day so no room at the pool.

United KingdomRooms could do with a slight upgrade, ie, shower screens instead of dated shower curtains, poss tea/coffee making facilities in rooms, a bit more variation on breakfast and dinner menu but all in all thouroughly enjoyed our stay, all be it a brief stay.
Hotel very clean, room refreshed every day, staff very friendly and courteous at all times, price very reasonable.great location, very short walk to all bars and restaurants and beach.

RomaniaThe all-inclusive food had not that so many options and sometimes bland. One time the water from the jacuzzi was not clean when starting the opening hours. The hotel doors were locked by the staff at 23:00 because there very few rooms occupied during 1 May vacation. That never happened before in other hotel in Europe! Very strange.
Good located, quick access to the beach, very clean. Friendly and curteos staff. Quiet room and good size. Free WiFi. Reasonable sized indoor pool and jacuzzi.

A check to make sure the meat was fresh, a whole tray of pork taken away after my daughter tasted hers, unfortunately some had eaten. They changed meal times later, and the time for 'snacks' which was still biscuits and fruit, same as your sweet for dinner
Firstly before anyone books they need to read 'Bulgarian Food' if you don't like it, it is what you get. Basically a variation of the same food every day. Biscuits, and fruit is sweet, sometimes a bit of cake, but you will get salad, some cereal, bread for toast and Bulgarian food. That is all day, every day.

United Kingdomthe drawers were not clean, I could not place any of my items. Although the hotel was very crowded, there was no hand disinfectant anywhere. The water in the carboy served in the all-inclusive hotel was very bad, we couldn't drink water despite the heat. There was no hair dryer in our hotel room. We did not want to ask reception in the 21st century.
The only good thing is that the food was delicious, especially the stuffed leaves.
