Mini disco it was too short (30 minutes), the kids wanted more, of course

The rooms are very big, very clean and well soundproofed. The pools are great and the water slides excellent. We had breakfast and dinner and we were very satisfied.

We had only breakfast with the stay and I wasn't impressed with the warm food like the French toast and crepes. It would have been nice if they had real crepes and may be mekici (the fry bread). Other than that the selection was enormous! Tons of food.

Loved it. The resort as a whole, the staff, the cleanliness, the service. Everything was beautiful, the staff was very responsive to our needs. Would definitely stay there again if I have the chance to. The buffet in the morning was huge. The pool restaurant is awesome too, we ate there lunch every day.

Dinner ends at 8 o'clock. Breakfast is always the same. No inside pool for bad weather.

The private beach is good. The outside pools are also really nice. It has lots of vegetation.

The staff at the reception were not polite. They looked angry, bored, and spent their time on their mobile phones or smoking at the entrance. Lack of professionalism, for example a hotel employee collecting the sunbeds in the pool late in the afternoon, collected and threw our 2 towels on the plants, without even noticing our personal belongings. For us, it was self-evident that we had to receive clean towels, but not for the hotel staff. Again he put one of our 2 towels on the sunbed and asked the blonde girl at the reception to bring us 1 clean towel only.The blonde girl at the reception was not willing to bring us a second towel and was commenting on the incident with her colleagues, making faces at us. Unacceptable behavior!

The room was large but mediocre. Breakfast could've been better. Not that these were bad but could be improved for the price

The outside garden and pools were really good and well maintained. The evening events make up for a nice and vibrant atmosphere. Staff was generally nice.

While the Premier Fort Beach Aparthotel has its positive aspects, our experience had some downsides. Firstly, locating the hotel was a challenge, as there are several apartments within the complex with the same name, all advertising separately on maps. This made navigation confusing. Additionally, our room was smaller than expected. What was most bothersome, however, was the shared ventilation system. Every morning and evening, our room was filled with the smell of our neighbors cooking, forcing us to keep our doors shut to operate the air conditioning efficiently. This resulted in either an unpleasant food odor or, at times, an unsavory bathroom smell from adjoining rooms. Overall, our stay was quite disappointing.

I had a delightful stay at Premier Fort Beach Aparthotel. There are lot of names on the internet, but this is the name on the real world. The vastness of the complex truly impressed me. With two spacious pools, it provides ample space for relaxation and fun. One of the pools even boasts two fantastic slides, which were a hit with my family. The breakfast we had was flavorful and set a positive tone for the day. Highly recommend for a serene getaway!

The rooms are not comfortable.. the sofa bed is short and not flat, and furniture is old. Also, you can hear the doors of all the other room knocking starting 8am..impossible to sleep.. breakfast quality is so so, there are too many people and it's noisy. overall the hotel is overpriced for the comfort offered

The two slides were fun for all the family- from 4 year old to the adults. The beach is free, sandy and just big enough. You can also pay 10lev for 2 sunbeds and umbrella. The mini disco and animation was appreciated by the kids!

Jediné to že zrovna u vchodu restaurace se kouři! The only minus is that smoking is allowed just in front of the restaurant. After all they promote themselves as a family hotel, nothing for kids to see and breath

The organisation of the restaurant. If you are not going at the beginning of the timeline, everything is almost chaos: the good bread is missing, the big line for the coffee, and a part of the food is missing. Also, some kids running (and screaming) around/in the restaurant... they are with their parents close.

The location and the beach are closer than in the pictures.

Poor service level, room clean every day but not precisely just vacuming and made the bed. Staff on the reception not very helpfull and engaged in difficult situation. Poor animations and entertaiment during the day

Last season we visited twice and the animation was wonderful and all expectations were met, this season the quality was a disaster

Overcrowded place with very bad organization of the parking, breakfast, pool area. Everything seems chaotic with big masses of people pushing each other to get to the buffet, to the water attractions or to the small hot elevators. Absolutely none COVID safety measures besides waiters wearing masks on their chins. Cheap furniture and appliances in the rooms, low quality mattresses and pillows. Breakfast was underwhelming with big quantities of mediocre food. Reception staff didn’t seem to be enough to meet the expectations and looked unmotivated, despite the exhausted attempts to smile. Many apart hotels in the area provide much better quality or ask for less money. I will never visit this place again.

Relatively close to the beach. Two good water slides in the pool. Daily cleaning of the room was satisfying. Nice supermarket within the resort.

Food was disappointing, there was a huge variety of it for breakfast and dinner, but it all looked the same. Meat, together with fish were way too well done, difficult or too dry to chew. Vegetables were low quality and if we ever decide to visit this place again we won't assume having half board/all inclusive. Covid safety measures were kind of missing. All the kids were coughing in pools or over the food. Nobody was wearing masks. Unfortunately that was the reason our kid got sick too.:(

Staff was very nice, unfortunately our child got sick and they agreed on returning our money for the rest of the nights. Ladies who were cleaning the room also washed our dishes, and propped our clothes, they were also very nice, trying to play and calm down our child as he wasn't feeling well.

The only one problem was with doctor - in the whole hotel complex there is no a doctor (althougth there is an ambulance for him ) an if u need a doc u have to travel 6 km to medical center.

I like all the services, the accomodation was clean and good equipped.
