Luggage storage - very small area. Was impossible to use.

Central and safe location, well-equipped apartment with lift, all appliances in good working order, feels like home. Shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, detergent, dishwashing soap - all supplied + clean towels and linen. Extras in the wardrobe. Easy self check in and check out.

This is such a lovely apartment in a great location in Sofia. Tastefully decorated and furnished, it made for a really pleasant & peaceful stay. Even though it is on a main road, the noise coming through the windows was minimal, but I noticed the owner has considered those who might be more sensitive to noise and there were earplugs & sleep mask. Something that was noticed throughout - clearly the owner is a caring person and has left pretty much anything you might need, while staying there. There were plenty of spices, cooking essentials, and I noticed even tweezers in the bathroom. Great host, great apartment and set in a lovely old building in the city centre. Oh, and those high ceilings!

Plug for bathroom sink not working. Kitchen could do with a washing up bowl.

Lillie was great with accurate information for access. Plentiful hot water and heating. The king size bed was very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped and good shower.

The apartment was perfect for our needs. It was a real home-from-home, cosy in the winter weather, and lots of personal touches. I really liked all the provisions (e.g teas/coffee, and shampoos etc). It was also very well located not only for my work visit, but also for central Sofia sites and restaurants. Communication was responsive and check in was easy . Thank you Lillie!

Just one very long key. Just opening up the door a bit challenging initially. But it was OK afterwards.

A beautiful apartment . Thoroughly enjoyed my 3 night staying. Kitchen, lounge,bedroom and bathroom - all were clean and nicely kept. Kitchen has lots of ingredients already for cooking. very helpful and handy.

Very cozy apartment and warm. I loved the location too. Two balconies with lovely view, big bathroom and a huge soft bed. Also two tvs, one at the living room and one at the bedroom. Also very clean! I would surely visit it again.

Building itself is a bit old, and require 3 different keys, and in the beginning, to learn operation is not easy.

The building itself was little bit creepy at first when I arrived during late evening, but the feeling went away quite quickly. Some places in the kitchen and in the bathroom would benefit from cleaning, but were not a big deal for me.

The location was superb; short walk to the Serdika station and tram operating just around the corner! The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and I was surprised how quiet it was. Thus, I was able to get very good night sleep. Overall, very good value for money!

I have reservations about the cleanliness of the bed sheets and pillowcases that were supposedly changed by the external cleaner of this property. They lacked that fresh and clean scent, raising doubts about whether they were indeed replaced. In light of this, I strongly recommend that the owner or manager conduct a thorough investigation or audit of their cleaning service provider. Furthermore, I noticed that the mattress protector was also far from clean, as it was covered in black hairs all over. These issues warrant immediate attention to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction.

The apartment exuded a wonderful sense of homeliness and comfort, boasting a prime central location in the heart of the city. Throughout my stay, I relished the feeling of being completely at ease and "at home." The convenience of having access to a washing machine was truly a welcome amenity. Moreover, the building's security measures were top-notch, creating a constant sense of safety and reassurance. The communication regarding the instructions to access the building was exceptionally clear and precise. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a delightful and secure accommodation.

Although Lillie did her best, we were without warm water half of our stay. This seems to have been the first time, though, that these kind of problems happened.

We were very happy with our cosy place in walking distance to the main sights. We could even store our luggage until our departure which was much appreciated.
