The rooms were big, clean, lcd tv, good internet. The hotel is on the beach. The staff was very good, the restaurant also. Due to the flood in the area, we leave 1 day earlier and they gave back our money for the last day.

Very nice hotel... Location is top notch right on the beach. Room wasn't big, but just enough... Bathroom is very nice. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, not to mention the manager George, who helped me on numerous occasions. The included breakfast was actually really good. They also have a parking, but you pay additionaly for that. Overall very happy with my stay.

BulgariaThe extra bed was extremely uncomfortable. Last year we booked a similar room and the extra bed was superior to the present one. I highly appreciate the effort from the staff to solve this matter, however it was not possible and the uncomfortable bed was used until the end of the holiday.
Beautiful location on the beach. Highly recommend to book a room with a sea view, it is worth the extra cost! Staff was very polite and the food was good value for money.

BulgariaThe hygiene in this place was very questionable. There were stains literary everywhere from floor to furniture. Even one of the towels was not cleaned well! There were spiderwebs and spiders on the walls and corners. No insect nets on the windows as well. Although literary at the beach the location of the hotel is not good. It is between two very loud places with music. If you open the window - you won't be able to sleep. Even with closed windows - earplugs are recommended. In the restaurant the breakfast was mediocre and almost every day we were forced to search for a properly cleaned plate to take. In general the place looks amortized.
The personnel where nice and hospitable. The room was comfy and spacy and the beds were huge. There were nice sunbeds around the pool, which are almost at the beach.

BulgariaHotel Princess Residence exceded our expectations.It's a cozy hotel,right on the beach,in the heart of Atliman Beach,close to everything,but also quiet and relaxing.A beach with sun beds and umbrella's is right in font of the hotel.Check in and out was fast,our room was ready for us in minutes,all though we arrived way sooner then expected.Parking place is right near hotel,.The room was big,clean,with a wonderfull balcony with a spectcular vue of th beach and the Black Sea.Shower had excellent presure,and very hot water.Room was cleaned every day.Breackfast was good and delicious.All the personal was very nice and helpfull,and made everything so that we had a wonderfull vacation.A special thank you to Aynure,who became our friend.We will be back next year,for sure.

United Kingdom- For a 4 stars hotel, the rooms need maintenance and decorating. A lot of things are either broken, old, stained or just typical wear and tear. Nothing has changed from our previous year. - The Half Board was very disappointing- the food more or less was the same. We understand that it is medium size hotel, but they could changed the meals and have more diversity.
This was our second year coming to the hotel. We decided to give it a second chance. The location is vey good as it is right on the Atliman beach. They offered Half board which was important to us as we did not want to search for restaurants and places to eat. We wanted to spend the day on the beach and enjoy. But nothing has changed for a whole year.

We got a small apartment which was more than I expected. It was nice and clean. The staff was polite. The food in the restaurant was good. The room has a good isolation as it was very noisy outside at night so we managed to have a good sleep.

United KingdomOur room was dirty, bathroom ceiling was broken and hanging down and cobwebs on the ceiling and furniture. They partly fixed it but left the cobwebs. I asked for the room to be cleaned but it was the same when we went back although housekeeping had been in. The bathroom was really bad, years of not being cleaned properly, rusty bin, cracked tiles very basic, the toiletries were a joke! No facilities just an old fridge that didn't get cold! Pillows were lumpy, everything was old and unloved. The park facing balcony was street facing and had trees and weeds growing over it, it was awful to sit there. The entrance lobby looked nice but there was a musty damp smell. Food was mediocre but plenty, nothing was home made all bought in and low quality, same choices every day. The dining room was ugly with its dirty curtains and mess, dining room staff were like zombies, no smiles just misery, hygiene was very lacking I saw one boy bring out a sliced loaf from the kitchen, not wrapped, no plate just between his hands no gloves and plonked on top of the old bread! Cereals were left in bowls in the dining room all day and night, covered with a cloth only, they were stale and dry. In the pool/dining area the chair legs were rusty and dirty and a wooden chair I sat on was broken. I could say more, there was much but overall it was not good and some staff training, new management and some courses in maintenance, cleaning and customer service would serve this place well! And also to get rid of the disgusting eyesore of an old waterpark right next to the hotel! A disappointing stay for my husband's birthday!

BulgariaWhen we arrived at the hotel and asked for access to the parking we were informed that it was full even when we could see 2 free parking spots. We were redirected to a paid parking next to the hotel. When we started checking in it turned out that our Half-board was not actually set up correctly and the manager had to come and manually change our reservation. The person at the reception could not provide information on what type of meals we were having (buffet, set menu, etc.). Their explanation was that they had never gone into to restaurant. Turns out meals were buffet - not a lot of choice. Showerhead was not cleaned. Bathroom doors are not with a standard door handle and lock - they are with pop in-out bud that came loose half of the time.
Beachfront. Staff at the restaurant was friendly. You can choose either to eat at the air conditioned hall, open balcony in the shade or by the pool where you can see the beach and sunset. Easy access to the main pedestrian street with all the restaurants, games and attractions. Our rooms were big and with a nice size balcony. This was the first hotel I have ever been to that actually had big mugs for tea - not the small coffee cups that you have to fill after 3 sips.

United KingdomWe booked the 3 bed apartment for 7 nights paying considerable amount. The apartment was very dirty, full of dust. The shower head was broken as well as many other things. The balcony was not clean - there were left over cigarette buds and boxes. The bedding was thorn with holes and they were too small to cover the mattresses leaving the corners completely exposed. The mattress had no mattress cover and I really doubt they were ever cleaned. The stairs had old paint marks. The photos of the hotel in the website are too old and definitely not up to date. They leave the impression that the hotel has a huge water slide for the kids, but it does not! The slide is old and rotten, as such it’s out of order. Day 1 - there was no hot water and when I called the reception for help. I was given brief instructions how to check the boiler myself and if it doesn’t work I would need to wait until the morning. However I complained that this is not an option as Im with two small kids. The maintenance guy turned up after 30 mins, just to tell me off how could I make him come at 9 o’clock in the evening to check our the boiler. He was extremely arrogant and rude. Day 2- while picking up our dinner I was told off by the kitchen supervisor how dare I not speak to my children in bulgarian. He had a strong opinion on how I’m supposed to raise my kids and huge desire to express it out loud. His actions were very discriminatory. I was also told off by the pool life guard because my kids ‘were too noisy’ in the reception area of this ‘family friendly’ hotel. Day 3 - Electricity was gone but luckily it got fixed quickly without being told off by the maintenance guy this time, however he was still not very polite! Day 4 - Took my kids to the swimming pool, but couldn’t stay more than 30 mins because of the continuous comments of the life guard how my kids are not allowed to play freely and splash water in the pool. Day 6 - We had to check out a day early due to family emergency.
The bar staff and the housekeeper lady were very nice and friendly
