Great atmosphere, the staff was friendly; authentic old bulgarian house, there is also a great yard, it is near the center and clean. Absolutely 10/10.

Could do with few extra sockets in the room but nothing i couldn’t manage, Toilet was converted to a shower room so it was a bit small and you would have wet feet few hours later if you went back to do your "business"…. Again nothing that bothered me much and it’s absolutely manageable. For the price there is not much to complain really. Low ceilings haha, I’m 6ft2 or 186cm and always had to watch my head.

Very cosy cottage home feeling. Relatively basic but in a very positive light. The room felt like my childhood at my grandma. Room (single) had plenty of space for me and while narrow the bed was comfortable. Cats were the main attraction at the villa 😂 Lili was super helpful (thank you so much for finding my AirTag and getting it back to me). Vlad at the restaurant was literally born for this role. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely nice chat Excellent breakfast selection and evening menu was top notch and always served fast despite a la carte selection. Will definitely come back next year!!!!

Everything is super.

Fantastic traditional Bulgarian house and garden. The inner garden is beautiful. The place is central, but extremely quiet at night. We had a wonderful sleep. Bansko is fantastic for skiing or hiking. We came in April and hiked for a week in Rila mountains. There was snow, but it was nevertheless absolutely fantastic. With good gear you'll be fine any time of the year.

Our stay was perfect! The property looked exactly like the pictures. Great location close to the city center. The food was very good and cheaper than we found anywhere else in the city. Vladimir was amazing, he helped us out with tips on where to eat and what to see in the city and was very kind throughout our entire stay.

Very friendly server Vlad looked after us very well during our stay. We felt very welcomed and comfortable, we would love to come back and stay again. Our studio room was super cosy but also nice and spacious. I liked the old traditional style. The whole building is very historical and authentic. Breakfast was great with traditional bulgarian breakfast buffet that changed slightly every day. Located right in the middle of the ski lift and the old town so didn't have to walk far to get around. Lovely stay. Thank you!

The room is quite small, but that's part of the deal when choosing to stay in a traditional old building with a lot of character. Would be handy to have a second stool in the room so two people could sit down together.

Love the whole atmosphere of this place decorated in traditional style. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location in a quiet side street close to the main pedestrian area and a short walk to the ski lift area. Tasty traditional meals are served in the evening.

Nothing really, maybe bathrooms could be a little more modern, and a little more choice for breakfast, but in all honesty, it exceeded our expectations, especially for the price

Property was cosy, rustic and traditional. Evening meals were very good, plenty of choice, with local dishes. Prices for drinks were very reasonable, cheaper than most places we sampled. Lilly and Vlad were amazing, from communication before our stay, through to looking after us every day. Location is good as it’s between the old town and newer bars. Would definitely stay again!

U have no idea how perfect this place is. The host is beyond amazing, super friendly and nice. The food is so good we didn't eat anywhere else the whole stay is bansko. Our group literally crying because of how delicious it was. The rooms are wonderful the place is insanely beautiful. We were so inlove with the cats we were soooo sad when we were leaving they made the whole stay even more awesome. I can't imagine being more perfect. The location is perfect. Just everything was soo good we decided to go there every year and will never stay somewhere else. I hope this year past quickly cuz we can't wait to be back. I give u 10/10 but its actually 100 🤍🤍🤍
