The rooms need some repair works - in our room the door of the shower cabin was hardly to be closed, some tails were off, the bathroom needs good cleaning. The food was totally not good. The real rate on my opinion for the restaurant is 3 stars or under. The price is too high for the quality they offer... Last year it was OK as for 4 stars, this year - 2021 - it is not working as 4 stars Hotel...

Actually, it is one of the renovated hotels but already need refurbishment. It's super that the price include free entrance in Aquapark Aquamania. The transport to the beach is easy with the e-bus or on the escalators. The staff is great - everybody are polite and helpful.

Only one barman at the bar serving in the evening which meant long queues and hard to refill. Pool bar was closed. Toilet facilities by the pool also closed. As we are entitled to free parasol and loungers on the beach as well Romanian families were going out of their way to place towels on sun lounger at the hotel beach area which is a shuttle/car away at 7am and reserving for several of their friends which resulted in arguing aggressively with us when we challenged the fact that parasols were down and loungers weren’t being used since the day before. They proceeded to call their friends to hurry up to the beach from the hotel which is at the other end of the resort whilst bringing all their kids out the sea to occupy the loungers till they come so we aren’t able to. I have been coming to Albena for 30 years and have never dealt with anything like this.

Exceptional food, massive choice. Communication with staff via the app prior to arrival was helpful. You can park for 10lv a day at the hotel or 5lv a day by the bus station nearby. Beach is accessible on foot or via free shuttle which gets very busy. Water park access perfect for the beach and right next to the hotel.

The restaurant is outside the hotel. We couldn’t find the shuttle so we walked to the beach and back. The indoor pool is closed.

Although the facilities were clean and tidy, the WiFi signal was in a very poor condition in Ralitsa AquaPark Hotel. Also the beach sand was not taken cared of. Lot of debris which wasn't picked up by the people's in charge

The staff and facilities was excellent, they did some improvement comparing with last season, from my point of you. The entertainment staff we're the best in Albena. I shall return gladly there

Inside the lobby there were some TV's, Euro2020 was running, reception could not find the remote for the TV. We were on all inclusive, the quality of the food was very very low, also the staff was doing a very bad job at replenishing the missing items from the line. During our stay 2 out of 3 nights, there were guests out on the terrace, making noise, shouting, screaming and listening to music. We complained to reception, they failed to do anything about it, practically telling us we can call the police if we want to since they were unable to fix the situation. The restaurant is away from main building of the hotel, if the weather is bad, you reach the restaurant soaked. Inside the lobby of the hotel, there is a small space dedicated for kids, with some toys that can be used by the kids using coins, the reception does not have any coins for these machines.

The hotel is situated near the Aqua Park. The rooms are pretty spacious, we were upgraded to an apartment since we were 2 adults + 2 children.

The playground for kids was open but nobody to look after the kids. The exterior pool was empty, and the interior pool wasn't working. The Looby tv and billiard wasn't working. And the food at the restaurant was a total dezaster! We tried all meals there , but in any part of the day, the food was rubbish , cheap and missing most of the time. The tables in the restaurant were darty and greese. In the first morning we had tot wait in a like to get 2 fried eggs , the omelette and boiled eggs were missing. The restaurant absolutely a dezaster, after the first day we had to find other places to eat !!!.

They chanced the room from double to apartament.

This was the worst experience ever. We had 2 days - all inclusive. 18-20 July. The bathroom wasn't clean, the food we couldn't eat at all. We went in Varna to eat. The hygiene is ZERO in the restaurant. The clean plates weren't clean - with pieces of old food on it. We spent 20 min with the guy from the exit point of Albena because we shouldn't pay twice for the same day, but in the end we did that! How disappointing! Nobody was using masks in the restaurant inside, not even the staff. There were parties in the rooms, and also in the interior yard. Until 2 in the morning, with very loud music and screams. We asked the reception to stop them, and they told in to call at the police. We?!?!!!! It's the hotel responsability. I repeat: the food is awful. The AC was very nasty. There is mold in the bathrooms. I would never recommend this place. I will make it sure that all the people I know never will go there. Waste of money and time!

I hated everything about this place except the mattress. (The only thing ok).
