Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

South AfricaIt was probably good 30 years ago. The wooden floors make so much noise, that it’s impossible not to wake the other person up, if you need to go to the bathroom. The bathroom is so old, that it can’t be properly clean and it looks dirty. Toilet was literally moving sideways, and this is the actual toilet, not the seat. The hotel is definitely not 4 star. There was no coffee/ tea making facilities. The music playing in the passage is too loud and can be heard inside the room. It can be great, but needs a total revamp. Definitely overpriced for the condition of the room.
It’s conveniently located at the center and there is a public parking in front of the hotel.

BulgariaYou need swimming hats for the pool and people should be warned. Also there are children swimming lessons which may make the pool overcrowded but they are only for few hours everyday so check the schedule.
We liked the location and the building architecture is very interesting also the casino is pretty cool

GreeceThe facilities are a bit old and there are spots with too much dust (like the hydraulic panel in the bathroom). The pool may be dirty sometimes due to pigeons and other birds that land there to drink water. The breakfast was very poor and of bad quality for such a hotel . There is a buffet, so there is plenty food but the quality is not even medium.
The hotel is quite big, centrally located (perfect for walks on foot), offers breakfast, a pool and a casino. The room was quite spacious, clean, with quite big beds and offered everything we needed. The bathroom was also in good but not perfect condition.

The hotel has a fabulous, outdoor pool which is open in the summer months. This was our second stay in this hotel. It is superbly located for exploring the centre of Plovdiv. The room was spacious with large bed.
