Beautiful hotel with very nice rooms. Wonderful location - overlooks a large park, close to the central pedestrian area as well as the train station. Staff at the hotel were great. Accommodated a late check out with no problems.

Very little parking available. Parking garage is very tight to maneuver.

Beautiful room with big windows that let in plenty of light, my room had a nice view of the park and was pleasant. The bed was very comfortable and I slept great. I also enjoyed the hotels line of shampoo and conditioner! All of the staff are very friendly and hospitable. I enjoyed my visit and will stay again.

one of the room we booked 402 the AC was not working properly. we did tell the reception but no difference. the breakfast in the menu was good. The room was bland.

Heating of the room could be better...

Receptionist was very carefull while welcoming me & my wife. We were satisfied from his swift and polite service. - Parking was arranged before we arrived and it was free. - Concierge was helpful, speaking English and acted friendly with information for internet, breakfast time (07:30 to 10:00) - Room was comfortable, looks like recently renovated, clean, bed was well positioned, comfortable, pillows, bed sheets were great. - TV was working properly with more than 50 channels for different languages including a sex channel free for us )) - Bathroom was very clean, bigger than many hotels bathrooms and well equipped. - Heating was working, not very well as we felt but ok. - Location of the hotel is great, the main location of Plovdiv is there, you can join crowd in 2 min by walk. There is a big park next to the hotel. Our room was overlooking there and it was wonderful. - Check out was easy, comfortable, receptionist was very swift and careful. - Highly recommended...

The biggest disadvantage was that the stuff (with a few exceptions) could barely speak any English, while we did not speak any Bulgarian! This is of course something that should not be an issue for a new 5-star hotel that wishes to reach a certain quality status and get good reviews from its customers! Also, breakfast was served in a rather small room on the basement, which was kind of dark and depressing, since there were no windows and thus no natural light in the morning. The reception did not inform us that breakfast is served until 10:30 a.m. on Saturdays (it is until 10:00 a.m. on weekdays), but that was the least, compared to the struggle we had to understand that Saturday breakfast was a la carte, with no extra charge, instead of a bouffe, like the rest of the days, because the person in charge could barely speak English.

The hotel was very nice, luxurious, elegant, really clean and in a very good location (a beautiful, big park right outside the door). The breakfast was also nice, with a good variety of fresh savory and sweet delicacies.
