Location is absolutely great, city center reachable is walking distance. Hotel staff was super nice and the breakfast delicious! The bar Flip Flop is also worth a visit;-)

A very nice boutique hotel with a very comfortable bed. I can highly recommend it, also the staff was very friendly and nice. Location is great, very centralized but very calm as well, in the morning I could hear the birds singing.

The housekeeping was lacking. I did let the front desk know and they addressed it. I would keep valuables secured.

Top floor suit had exceptional views, comfortable bed, beautiful decor, huge shower. Excellent staff, breakfast in the room. The restaurant attached to the property was wonderful! Right in the heart of Sofia, walking distance to everywhere, very safe and clean city to roam around!

Lady on reception went above and beyond to make our stay special, it was international womens day and also my Birthday 🎂 🥳.She took the time to come to our room with a cake with extra special candles and sang happy birthday to me , how amazing is that....very special place and staff, from room decoration to breakfast delivered to our room at a requested time. Excellent service many thanks. Amazing 👏

I would have give a 10 throughout but was wondering how quite the rooms would be if the hotel was full(er) because you can hear noises from the other rooms quite well. But we were lucky, few guests, therefore no bother.

The rooms are original, very clean and comfortably. The breakfast fantastic - and can be had in the room or in the bar. We were working at the National Music Academy, which is two minutes walk away but the area is very nice in general with excellent restaurants and cafés, and a nice, maybe 15 minute walk to most of the major sites. The personnel very friendly and helpful and speak excellent English.

Parking is on the street, so you depend on the availability in the area. There were holidays during our stay, so parking was free, but not sure how to pay on regular days if you do not have a Bulgarian telephone number to send an SMS for parking payment.

Cute little boutique hotel! We stayed in Dahlia room and we loved it! Great design, very comfortable and clean. Room is equipped with everything you need and we just loved the large bathroom! Since it was New Year's eve, we got a complimentary bottle of Prosecco. We also loved the breakfast, you choose it from the menu, but it's bistro/brunch cafe quality and very tasty. We will definitely come back.

The rooms were lovely but not well stocked. Empty mini bar with no essentials such as mugs. Just espresso cups - difficult to have a cup of tea as teabags and a kettle are provided.

They upgraded us to a nicer room for our anniversary whiz was really appreciated. Service was exceptional and genuinely friendly. The breakfast was huge and delicious.

The breakfast is served in the room, but there is only a coffee table in the room. The architect was not thinking that there is no space for eating, because the hotel doesn't have a dinning room. The most of the staff is ver young and would need some training. A smile wouldn't hurt :) ...but I do expect a lot from the staff in a hotel like this one.

Excellent location, nice small hotel, but we prefer them so. Rooms are spacious and with excellent design. Breakfast was nice. There is also a restaurant in the building with excellent food.

Clean place, the spacious bathroom. The lady and the gentleman of the reception were very friendly. Radoslav was even so kind to walk with us all the way to the metro and helped us with buying the tickets for the metro. The breakfast was served at the agreed time.

My room smelled really badly of smoke. It wasn’t very pleasant and didn’t get any better over the 3 days I was there.

We chose the hotel with a filter for breakfast which we received on neither day due to ‘technical issues’ on the first day after waiting an additional 45 minutes to resolve before being cancelled altogether. Second morning we requested for 8am promptly to allow time before flight. Didn’t materialise until 8.15am. Chose to leave as too rushed to be able to enjoy in 10 mins
