Very polite and helpful staff, clean rooms, great breakfast, great location. Sauna and all the relax zone was great (except for 1 of the settings on the jacuzzi was unusable due to it making unbearable noise). We needed a taxi at night to get to the airport, the night shift manager called it for us and settled the price to be according to the pricelist of the service, not allowing to scam us (from what we get of their conversation, the driver was not happy about it). The price in winter was 15 lev, we paid 20. The price on booking with the "discount" is 70 lev... ridiculous.

nothing negative to add - maybe you should consider the noice from the roads and being almost in the center during night with a window open. I personally didn’t mind and loved to hear the seagulls all the time.

Nice location, close to the center. We took room for 3. It was well divided, prepared and just enough. Clean and tidy. The mattress was extremely comfortable. The staff was polite and positive. The women during breakfast were amazing, friendly and professional. Compliments. I highly recommend the place.

The hotel by far exceeded all expectations. I have stayed in many good hotels in Varna over the years and regret that I did not find this hotel before now. It is far superior than anywhere else. The rooms are very modern, comfortable, super clean and warm. I stayed in a deluxe room with a lounge and large balcony. There was not only a kettle in the room but a coffee machine too. Each room had a television, underfloor heating and air conditioned heating and large sofas.The bathroom was very bright and there were two shower heads. I couldn't hear the road outside or other guests in nearby rooms. It was great. The location is great also. The price was excellent.

This is our second time staying at this hotel as we had an amazing experience during our first time in Sept 2022. We got the junior suite this time, and it was a very comfortable stay for 2 people for 5 nights. My only suggestion for the junior suite is to have an additional shelf in the bathroom as the countertop space was limited. Breakfast buffet was nutritious with more selections than the other hotels that we have stay at in Bulgaria. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!!!

The car park quiz is a bit challenging; you cannot park in front as it's a bus stop, so use streets before / after hotel to park for a while and walk 50 meters to reception to pick the card for garage use, which is located some 100 meters away from entrance. Knowing this before can smooth the action at the spot!

Small, cozy but very comfy hotel at one of Varna main streets. Room feels wee small but has everything you need, and assuming you only stay there overnight, it fits. Amazing and totally unexpected quality and selection at breakfast. I have to admit it is way above average comparing to other Bulgarian hotels (not leisure ones)

It was kind of open shower in the bathroom, which of course made the bathroom floor a pond after using it. Maybe it is nice some kind of partition to be installed . Also the lack of a balcony was a bit disappointing. The breakfast wasn't bad but wasn't good as well.
