We requested a crib, but there was no mattress for the crib, so it was pointless to propose "free crib" - it is unusable this way. We used the sofa for our baby because we only had our sheets with us because of the "free crib" provided. The restaurant needs really professional staff. Two waitresses couldn't afford 5 tables with no more than 4 guests on each. We waited at least half an hour for Ceaser salad.The older waitresses excused herself with the younger one instead of teaching her how to work. During our first dinner we ordered Medi Valley Rose from 2021 wine, and they brought us an already opened bottle with questioning content with cork cap from 2022 red wine 😁 Extremely unprofessional and nasty, we paid 62 leva for this "Medi Valley Rose". Maybe the content was draught wine with price not higher than 10 - 12 leva. We also ordered pork steak with mushroom sauce. There were potatoes included in the portion. On our second dinner on our day two, we ordered the same pork steak, but there were no potatoes included 😄 The chef didn't like us. It was no lucky day for us. If there was another restaurant working for dinner nearby, we would definitely choose it. The SPA centre is good-looking, but the pool was so cold. There is no pool for children because the tiles are broken. Also, the tiles were broken in the steam bath. When you sit there and then stand up, you win broken tiles left on your swimsuit. This is not serious, so to say. Only one sauna was worth visiting in the whole SPA centre. In conclusion - very nice place with poor management. It could become a really 4-star hotel with better management.

The hotel management needs to improve a cleanliness and facilities of this hotel. Hotel claims to be a SPA hotel, however sauna was not working properly, swimming pool was extremely cold, no jacuzzi. In order to go to SPA you first need to ask to turn it on and then wait for 30-40 mins. We rented Junior Suite room type, where: - nice terrace wasn't equipped even by simple chairs; - no toilet paper; - dirty refrigerator, which actually didn't work; - uncomfortable pillows. Breakfast had very poor quality.

We stayed at Rilets Resort & Spa for a chilling weekend with my husband. We very liked the location. The hotel is located in the hidden area, in the forest, with a great mountain view, in a walking distance there are a lot of nice hiking trails and an amazing Rilla Monastery. Hotel also has enough parking slots.

For the price class a lot of the amenities and furniture were too cheap, broken or in need of repairs. The breakfast was very basic. Officially (on booking.com) the spa was temporarily closed. Upon check in staff told us though, that it's open every day. The swimming pool is cold, the spa area smells moldy and in the dressing- and bathrooms there is actually a lot of mold(!), which suggests very bad maintenance. In my opinion the spa is unusable in its current state and the images here are outright false advertising.

The location is amazing and beautiful. The building itself is really cool and I did like a lot of the design choices. The rooms are clean and comfy.

The idea of the hotel is briliant but there are lots of rooms for improvement! The pool was not working, the hotel it self was very cold. We were preparing for SPA and pool and we have expected to be warm and cosy in the hotel, while it was cold and unwelcoming! It is not a SPA RESORT if the owners wants to be, they need to do alot of changes! The restourant, the food, the SPA fascilities and the clean level should be improve and to be as it is presented in the web site! Value for money it is not worthed we will not stay there again for sure!

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Excellent location, few minutes walk to the Rila Monastery. It made it very easy for us to avoid the crowds and visit the monastery in the late afternoon. Highly recommend.

It was an autumn, but an air condition didn't work on heating. Poor breakfast. There is no sign with the direction to the hotel, and a way from a main road to the hotel is in a very bad condition.

We stayed at the hotel for two non-consecutive nights. The listing here says the spa is closed - at check-in the employees told us it's open from 9 AM to 9 PM. The spa area smells mouldy and in the area we found a lot of mold in the walls (see images). After out stay I got charged again for the stay and am still awaiting a refund.

They did not have any heating in service at the hotel . The temperature outside hit 5 degrees Celsius during the night. Inside the room was freezing. They just offered more blankets. Which is funny. Total staff at the hotel was 3 or 4 persons. The breakfast was a joke. The dinner (paid separately) was a joke. I booked 4 nights, upon arriving and seeing the place reduced it to two nights. The first morning we left the hotel. Tried to take my money back but didn't work. Long story short.. the hotel was not ready to receive guests. It was just ready to take the money of the guests. Total fraud This is the only hotel room in the world which does not offer a hair dryer. No mini bar! Total scam

The road to the resort is a bit bad and there are no proper signs, so we didn’t know if we need to go left or right at the fork (it is right). The bathroom needs renovation, but we had everything we needed and it was clean.

Lady at the reception was really helpful. She explained a lot where to go hiking and when to visit the monastery. Reception is nicely renovated, it is clean and has quite a nice spa. We didn’t ask for the sauna, so only one was working, but later when we were talking in the reception, she said you need to tell you'd like to use sauna and she would activate them. We were nicely surprised about the place.

First when you look for "Rilets & Spa" on google maps, it doesn't show. The name of the hotel should be written in English as well. The way to the hotel is poorly indicated. If you need to go there : pass the monastery, then take the road that exits the village and turn right at the sign "camping". Then when you pass the bridge, go to the right. It's a wrecked road but it leads to the hotel. - the swimming pool is cold. Definitely cold - one of the spa room is open but all of the others are closed or out of order. - given the bad Google reviews, we avoided the restaurant for the night. - we took the breakfast there tho. Just go elsewhere. Not worth it. It's not a very bad place but it's not good either. The thing that bothers me most is the price of the room. For that kind of price you expect a high end service that wasn't quite there.

The hotel is very beautiful and its architecture is quite nice. - parking is easy - our room was spacious and comfy. No air conditioning but no complain here.
