The street was very cracked and the train and main bus station is the south not the central one I couldn’t find the supermarket nearby

It was dirty, badly maintained. Very few utensils (also very dirty), only one roll of toilet paper for three days, no elevator in the block, no cups only glasses. Not a good value for money, should be much much cheaper.

The location of the property is good. The woman on reception is very kind and polite.

States it was pet friendly but when we got there got told we couldn’t leave our dog on his own at any point. Spoilt our stay as we couldn’t do what we wanted to do and the price we paid I expected to have been able to have left our pet for a short length of time.

Stuffy, unpleasant smell inside, gloomy. Staircase is spooky. It's very loud when somebody is walking the stairs. Furnishings seem old. The big bed was unbelievably soft which didn't suit me. Part of the bed you lean against while sitting is falling off of the wall. Check in done by a cleaning lady which is bizarre , the lady doesn't speak English but is nice and communicative.

Economical room good enough for one night when you stay outside most of the time. There is an electric kettle and a mug in the room but not even one spoon

There is smoking in the building even though we leased a non-smoking apartment.

I didn’t like a small things like : 1)the apparent wasn’t clean as all. A used package of coffee was just on the table. 2)Also the bed was very old and uncomfortable with damage on it. 3)The kitchen sink wasn’t clean. 4)A toilet paper throwed in the toilet

No A/C working. Very hot at night. No balcony or a spot for hanging clothes and for handwashing clothes.

This room must be repaired and cleaned Refrigerator didn't work good, it has frozen all our products Bed sheets seemed to be not white Cat's meal was full of ants in the morning (6th floor)

Bad smell in the room and toilet, a lot of humidity in the room. The owner was not very helpful.

The place it's just okay for one night I think for longer stays I wouldn't recommend it. From the beginning the owner was hard to contact, the booking address it's not correct. Then the place has a strong smell to humidity, the toilet mainly. The bed it's not very comfortable, and the WiFi was working at the end, okay.

No sea view, the beach is about 30 mins walking. There is free wifi but it wasn't very strong. The toilet didn't have an inside door lock.

The host is very helpful and nice. The apartment is clean, the kitchen is good, there are plates, spoons, pots, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, stove, TV, and they are working fine. There are mirrors with good lighting. Toilet and shower are clean, with mop, toilet papers and soaps. There are supermarkets nearby. And you can walk only 20 mins to reach the train station or the center where you can find all the attractions and museums.

Bowl for soup was absent, but I’m think it’s not a problem ask Mr. Samuil, he will arrange it;) And i was have baggage 4 pcs 30kg per each. And it’s was hard for me bring it on the 5th floor, so told Mr. Samuil that you need apartment on the lower floor.

Generally excellent 👌🏻! I’m like this cheap apartment because of: -Air condition-OK -comfortable bed-ok -Everything clean-ok! -Microwave oven-ok -Smart tv-ok! So, you can stay here more than one week. Thank you, dear team!

Wouldn't recommend for a longer stay or a vacation. The bathroom is quite old and not that comfortable for a good shower, but it is okay if you are staying for a 2-3 days.

Very good place for a couple of nights stay in Burgas. Comfortable bed. Great value for money. Close to the city center.

Rusty shower pole, and shower tray leaked. Only 3 cups, we were a party of 4. Needs a good re vamp, very tired apartment.

The location was great, within 5 min walk to pedestrianised centre which Lead to park and beach. Room had air con. Equipt kitchen.
