You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Comfortable soft bed.....so good that I overslept and missed the breakfast, which is early 07h00-09h00. Nice views if you are on the top floors. There's a large complimentary bottle of mineral water in the room.

BulgariaThe shower was small and the water was not warm enough regardless of the high pressure. I was cold in the shower the entire time. There was no shower curtain so the water dripped in the entire bathroom. The air con switched off after some period of time and I was cold while sleeping too.
The view was lovely we were on the 9th floor and it was exceptional. Well kept rooms and good service.

BulgariaI have asked for additional bed for my kid in our suite and instead they just put a linen on the couch, which was 150 cm long. The personnel was not very polite. Hotel looks nice, but around the corridors was very dirty. The breakfast was not even near the standard of a 4 star hotel. There is only 1 elevator in the lobby, and 1 more which is hidden, and the receptionist said "not to tell to other people about it, so they don't use it"!!!
