We missed a freezer to store stuff that needed to be frozen. It can get quite hot upstairs which, for some, might interfere with a good night's rest. These are just two minor points that I like to mention to my fellow travelers.

The home is located in a suitable location between the Rila National Park and Sofia. It has a nice view and is spacious. Its a wooden house with a fireplace, which makes it very cozy. The breakfast was really good and plentiful. The host and hostess are really nice people who will welcome you with open arms.

The apartment is spacious and clean. We had two bedrooms on the top floor, one on the first floor. There were many wardrobes where we could put our clothes. The kitchen was very well equipped, and everything was working in it. We could use the grill on the balcony. We also had a waschmaschine in the bathroom. Our hosts were kind, they prepared us some homemade sweets like pancake every morning. The seven lakes of Rila, the Monastery of Rila and Borovets were about 30-40 minutes from the accommodation by car.

With the villa itself - everything was excellent! But the Google directions are not the best. It sends you to turn up a narrow unpaved road suitable for only a 4x4 car. Better to drive a little further and arrive to the street ABOVE the villa and park there.

A beautiful villa, comfortable, clean and full of light. Fully equipped kitchen, with a stunning view from the balcony. The owners welcomed us and were very helpful. Highly recommended!!

Wi-Fi is a little bit weak

Clean, spacious house next to owner’s house with cooking wares ready for use. it is 40 minutes drive to the start of 7 Rila lakes lift. Owner are very friendly and helpful with fresh breakfast including raspberries from their trees, the fresh grapes are free to pick from the garden. Highly recommended.

Nothing. You might just have in mind it is a village and the roads next to the house are not paved, but it is a short distance and there is enough space to park.

The house is very warm, cosy and comfortable. There is all that you need for a few days of rest. There is a nice view and it is a great value for the money. The host are extremely welcoming and hospitable! We would surely come back!

Our only complaint was that we had to leave! We certainly plan to be back - and those nearby hot mineral baths are sheer bliss...

A super, well-equipped and extremely well-appointed place in a quiet village location with a lovely outlook. The hosts were very welcoming (schnapps, wine, even some breakfast pancakes!) and the place was immaculately clean. The famous hot spring baths are just 5 minutes away in the car (and that's the main reason to come to this region - they are superb) and yet being one small village away means its quieter and doesn't have a 'tourist' feel, which is wonderful. We were there in the snow of winter, and the roaring log fireplace was just wonderful, and small touches like the bluetooth speakers and an incredibly well-equipped kitchen meant that all our meals were easy to prepare and eaten in such an atmospheric and cosy place. We certainly plan to return!

Everything! This is the best place I have been to from all over the world. The host was extremely welcoming. They had share some homemade drinks. The place was exceptional! It made you feel like home. It has everything you have at your home and you really feel relaxed because the host has thought of all! Thank you for everything! We will definitely come back again!

We liked the place very much. The view is amazing, both from the terrace, and from inside through big windows. It is a quiet and relaxing place with a serene feel. The apartment is modern and very well organised, The kitchen is extremely well equipped - you can cook, bake or grill, the utensils and basic products (e.g. tea, coffee, oil, vinegar spices) are there. The fire place is ready to use, the host even prepared some wood for us. We didn't use it as it was warm enough. Everything is new and comfortable.. The host is friendly and welcoming, we received welcome drinks and good home-made breakfast. Th e location wasn't obvious at the beginning, but the host was waiting outside and spotted us as we passed.
