Very comfortable apartment, very nice location, lot of green

When we arrived we kept looking for the reception. It would have been nice to receive instructions before arrival that there is no reception and that we need to call the owner directly on the phone number listed on Booking.com.

The apartment was equipped with everything we needed: hairdrier, fridge, stove top, air conditioning, to name a few. The apartment has two rooms, one bedroom and one living+kitchen, connected by the entry room. From the entry room you can enter the living room, bathroom and bedroom. The bedroom bed was very very comfortable. The living+kitchen has 2 extensible sofa beds and can be used as a bedroom as well.

Very good location, especially good for a trip with a baby. The apartment is large with a beautiful terrace, very comfortable. The host was very helpful and nice.

Very nice spacious apartment with a view of the garden and the sea. It is a beautiful and quiet place 10-15 minutes walk to the beach and the center. The host Georgi is always very willing to help with anything, we are very grateful to him for helping and repairing our car. I hope that we will return to this place again and spend another wonderful vacation.

Georgi is very nice guy and helpfull.The place is very green and relaxed,many shops and restaurant in the neighborhood. Bus stop to Varna Town very close by.

There is a lot of green around the property, fruit trees - figs, wild plums, pomegranate, apple trees - flowers. Plus, a funny gardener. 10 minutes to the beach, and most of it in the shade. I will be back whenever I will return in Bulgaria, Golden Sands.

There were some pot holes on the asphalt which we had to avoid on our way to location and if you have sport car, you should drive carefully, but that is not something the host can help. We see these kind of holes everywhere in Romania.

The location, it was quiet and the view from the terrace was absolutely gorgeous (especially during the night). The host was very kind and he really made a difference to have a great holiday. We used all his advices. We did find the restaurants in Balchik but the Kopitoto restaurant (from St Constantin and Elena) really blew us off the food was great and the show they pulled in a thursday night was incredible. Having a secured parking slot mean't a lot as we were able to go to various places. I would like to come again there. I wasn't expecting to find a dish washer, but we find it very usefull as we got used with it.

The bed wasn't comfortable, shortage of toailet paper, water pressure at the sink. Last 2 days swimming pool was closed. swimming pool in the shadow most of the day with cold water. No cleaning services

Lovely place, everything was great, fantastic view. Location is not far from the beach. The owner of the apartment is very nice and helpful, he gave us lots of good indications about the beach, restaurants. I highly recommend this place! I will come back for sure! Thank you ☺️

The only slight disadvantage is that it takes about 15 minutes to reach a nice (free) beach suitable for small children.

The apartment is very nice, in particular there is a beautiful view toward the see. Apartment has two balconies, the one toward the see is quite small but there is also a wonderful dinning room with the view of the see. My children enjoyed in particular the possibility to use 2 swimming pools. Close to the apartment, there is also a good restaurant and a small shop.

Pertect for a family with a newborn, quiet place, hot water, spacious. Nice views to the sea. Nice pools. Overall, we really enjoy it. Everything in the apartment it's new. Hope we come back some day.

German House music dominating most of the noisier bars, not a fan! To be fair apart from the terrible music, the hundred of German teenagers were quite well behaved

Georgi was extremely kind and helpful, we had problems with our car and he went out if his way to help us. Suggested some excellent restaurants, we recommend the Seaman restaurant in particular for tasty Bulgarian food and there are some really tasty gyros style kebabs. Bravo restaurant at the bottom of the hill also had nice salads and kebabche and very friendly staff. The far end of golden sands is a bit nicer in our opinion so a bit more of a walk but good for walking off the beer and too much food!

First of all, the air conditioner unit in the living room was 15 years old and completely broke down, the repair took almost a week ??? This was really unacceptable !!! Very poor Wi-Fi, in the last 2 days we didn't had Internet at all... Small bathroom, insufficient and crowded parking. The entire area where the apartment building is located was completely unmaintained, dirty and full of potholes on the road without any night street lighting. Nearby there are no restaurants or shops, if you come without a car you are lost. Considering our experience in this place, I do not recommend the property.

Big enough apartment, well equipped kitchen, good tv channels, large balcony with nice sea view, clean small pool.

The bathroom very small and inconvenient, some stuff old and/or broken, not so clean to be honest. The wardrobe full of things of some persons, the same on bathroom and living room. There was electricity power broken on one night, some hours, and in an morning no water on the tap. The acces street very bad and no lights on the night, garbage smell around and dirty streets. I don't recommend, very sure second time there is not for me...

Only de view from the balcony deserves 10 points.

Very far away from the beach and the station. Kind of remote location and dark at night. They promised a mountain view but there was not such a thing. The wifi was off after midnight.

Without breakfast. Big and clean room.
