BulgariaFirstly, the beach umbrellas at the terrace beach and alongside the pool are transparent, practically useless, they don’t protect you from the sun. you have to go to the paid beach in front of the hotel where there are normal umbrellas. Secondly, the hotel wi-fi is very slow, furthermore our mobile internet connection was slow, too. It definitely gives you some discomfort.
Good location, first line with terrace beach. it was clean, good variety of food.

United KingdomLocation not great for walking around, mainly hotels, a lack of promenade or public spaces outside of hotels and beach. Not hotels fault though! Hotel lifts were a bit frustrating, I'd rather use stairs but they were not obviously sign posted.

United KingdomSome parts of the hotel was looking worn and repairs were needed in some places. Also silly annoyance really, but they had a very good pool table but no pool cues to play with. There was just a cue with no tip. For a 4* we had expected better.
The hotel as great facilities, excellent pools, gym and spa. Buffet had a good range of food and attention to detail was excellent. The hotel is situated next to a lovely little beach that had a cool little beach bar. Staff were very professional and polite. Rooms were clean and the bedding and towels were fresh. We would definitely use this hotel again.

RomaniaThe first room had a sewer smell, we had to move to another room which didn't had a great sea view, almost inexistent. The bathroom was not fantastic, the sinking didn't worked properly. The elevators are slow and just 3 for the entire hotel but the one near the beached worked once.
As always, the breakfast is good, the bed, all the pools, the massage, the beds near the beach, the price was good. Some cool free stuff on the mini fridge.

BulgariaPool area was not maintained well the sun beds were old and had holes in it. The sun beds which were at the beach were probably never cleaned and in the sand there were cigarettes and cups from drinks and ice cream and a lot of ants because of this trash.

United KingdomThe help from the receptionist was very disappointing. The food at the restaurant wasn’t to my liking, no A la Carte menu. When I asked where is the nearest and nicest restaurant, we can visit out of the hotel, the answer was “Sorry, I am not from here and I don’t know”. Most of the time when I needed a help from the receptionist, the respond was “I don’t know” The Spa receptionist was making me feel very uncomfortable, by always trying to sell me something when I did purchase anything she was rude. The internet connection was terrible. No iron in the room, no room service. Despite it was the end of the session and the hotel was almost empty, the lift was always busy.
Good location, right on the beach. The room was nice and clean with a beautiful sea view. Great fitness and Spa facilities.

RomaniaThere where a few ants in the room, and at the pool there was a loose stair, and i hit my leg pretty bad, i visited the hotel in 2018 and nothing has been changed since then even though they seem a little bit deteriorated (example coffee table outside the eating area at the pool).
The staff is welcoming, the facilities that you get for the price you pay are great, great pool, great spa, good drinks, the view is beautiful, the location is great, quiet, big rooms.

RomaniaWhen we came, we saw that the bed sheets were not ironed at all and where stained, they were washed but stained, the bed looked messy overall, very unpleasant. The pillows were horrible (just 2 pillows), not comfortable at all, very cheap fabric, no feathers, my neck hurt every morning. I asked at the reception the next day to change our bed sheets, he said yes of course he will tell the maid and he didn't. When we came back at night we had the same bed sheets, the maid changed only the towels. The air conditioning unit in the room was old and dusty. In the bathroom we did not have where to put the shower gel and shampoo in the shower so we had to put them on the floor - it seemed that it was a space for that but it was broken. The room was more like at a 3-4 star hotel, than a five star one.
We liked everything but not the room :) The pool is nice and the spa really good 👌🏼 The breakfast is ok, lots of choices but the same every day.

The hotel is newly renovated with great SPA area, but the garden and pool area haven’t been nicely done yet! Privately set up cabanas have an amazing sea view and provide great comfort, but flowers or any green vegetation would have made it adorable. Service in the restaurant was great, as well the food variety and quality.

BulgariaThis is our second time here. Won’t be back most likely. The fitness had not been kept up well. The service is sub-par. The internet connection was horrible. Many things were just strange: the pool elevator was broken some days, prices at the pool bar and the fitness bar are different (even though the exact same products). You get one room key for 2 people. The dinner was awful for the price - opt for a restaurant in Nessebar instead!
The location is nice, the room is quiet and comfortable, the pool is clean.

RomaniaBad English skills for staff, it was hard to ask for anything. Elevator is awful. Sometimes you needed to wait for 5 minutes or more. "Do not disturb" door signs missing from the rooms, room cleaning had to wake you up each morning to clean your room. Same breakfast every day. None comfortable bed and pillows. Pool cocktails were very bad.
Spa services, outdoor swimming pool and very well equipped gym.

BulgariaOur room was not cleared properly before our check in..the cups were dirty and had coffee stain inside. Our bed sheets had stains as well, light brown stains on both pillow cases and sheets. The body wash dispenser was empty, which I usually don't use but it should have been refilled. Also, our room was joining room and in the last morning of our stay the weather was very windy and or terrace was open, that made the door that joins our room with the next one vibrate. This is when I decided to try and open it and found out it was unlocked....UNLOCKED..this is unacceptable...I stayed 4 days in that hotel room and was leaving ally belonging inside, believing my room was locked and safe...I'm sorry I found this out on the last morning...and to be clear, I declined service from housekeeping so that means this door was unlocked since the 1st day of my stay there...I will not return and for sure will share my experience with everyone I know...
I liked how close the hotel is to the beach and the direct access to it.

United KingdomOverall service should have been much better for a 5* hotel. Food was exactly the same every single day for 7 days. Rooms quality should have been better again for a 5* hotel. There is no such a thing as Ultra All Inclusive even though they charge you for one. It is a normal All Inclusive which is really poor in terms of food and drinks. No secure parking for the hotel.
Only thing that we liked was the location of the hotel. It was close to the beach.

BulgariaEverything was good until the hotel room hygiene where we were staying. The bed had two blood stains under the sheet. One towel had two (I think blood) stains on it. The robes had big hair knots and long hairs all over it... I aked them to replace the towel. They replaced it with another towel with a bigger spot on it... but now it was brown... as a small + the tv remote control did not work and had grease, dust and dirt on it and the AC (a cheap old one) condensated from the grill and stared to drip on the room floor. Everything except that was perfect in the room.
The all inclusive had a big verity of everything, everything was quite delicious, the staff were great, helping, diverse and friendly. All the facilities were great.

IrelandThe breakfast was awful, cold eggs, cold food, cold porridge. The receptionist made us bring our towels back to the pool when we were checking out (we left them in our room). The desserts and fruits are left out 24/7 covered in flies, with no refrigeration. The safe didn’t work in our room and it was really hard to get help with this. Our drinks in the bar took forever to bring, and they couldn’t charge them to our room. They told us we couldn’t order a glass of Prosecco from the bar… only the restaurant. They charged extra for fresh orange juice at breakfast (even though you can eat oranges for free). The elevators are tiny and take forever (the staff use them too)
