Everything was nice. I have nothing to say bad about the hotel.

I did enjoy how the bathroom was build. The size of the room and in the morning the huge variety of food was outstanding. TV had a lot of channel which also is an issue in other hotel.

Everything was great! Rooms are very big, comfortable, super clean and had the most beautiful view. The staff is very nice and welcoming. The food was delicious, we were always excited with the options and how good everything tasted.

internet wi fi was very bad, in my room the wifi didnt reach and when i was online my phone internet speed was better. maybe in the future they can provide in the room a cable for direct internet connection to laptop

The coffee is not great. The deserts are a bit sugary (as typical to all-inclusive hotels). We would have preferred also to have the room to an upper level (we had it at second floor) so the view was not great, but there are details really.

The pools are amazing, both the exterior and the interior one. The beach access is easy, the food was amazing with many choices to pick from, the location very clean and the rooms amazing. It is my second time coming to this hotel and I would definately come back again, also.

Pillows are a little too soft, towels too small, elevators crowded and lunch food kind of average (compared to 4 years ago). In the lobby bar is served just one type of beer and also the wine was better before. And "all inclusive" does not include de snack room anymore.

Back to this hotel after 4 years, very well maintained, even if it changed the name from RIU to SECRETS. Very clean, great position towards the sea, nice beach and huge swimming pool. Very comfortable bed and nice room.

I don't like paying an extra 20 leva for the car park. Unfortunately, on the night we were there some guests there for as function decided to have a party late at night. I was awoken at 3 in the morning by very loud, banging music. It's hard to believe that some people can be so unbelievably selfish. I complained and security was sent to the room - twice. Obviously, this was not the fault of the hotel but many people complained and maybe the police should have been called.

I've reviewed this hotel before. I think it's one of the best in Sunny Beach if not Bulgaria. The standard of food and the variety is the best I have come across in Bulgaria. The thing that struck me most on this visit was the attentiveness of the staff. They were really all very good, the bar, the restaurant, all of them.

The hotel staff is very kind, many seating areas for smokers as well. Indoor and outdoor pool and jacuzzi, dry and wet sauna and everything is sparkling clean. Bar with snacks, quality alcohol and coffee, free and open all day. Large rooms with a balcony facing the sea, delicious food and a great experience for adults only, highly recommended

It would be nice to have a bigger heated pool. Although the hotel has dress code for each restaurant and bar, most of the guests don’t respect it.

Good food, nice and big room with great view. Many parking spaces (extra pay). The pools are big. Many food and drinks choices. One small pool with heated water (a few degrees more than the other pools).

Parking fee could have been included. Broken elevator created some waiting to get to the room.

The elevator was absolutely a joke, which is unacceptable for any hotel, especially not a 5* resort! Out of the 4 elevators, 2 were not working. Every time, you had to wait long minutes for the elevator, and then you traveled in it for a long time because they were not synchronized in any way. You signaled your direction with the call button (downward), but upon entering the elevator, it would first go up to the top floor, then stop at every floor, taking about 5 minutes to reach the lobby level. Nonsense. Because of this, most of the time, we opted for the stairs. The outdoor pool was uncomfortably cold.

Well-maintained, like new, clean, and upscale facility. The resort area is very pleasant and located in a forested environment. There were always spaces in the hotel's guarded parking lot. The beach area around the pool is also pleasant, clean, with an ample amount of sunbeds, bars, and consistently cleaned restroom facilities. The staff, for the most part, was reserved, but their attitude was not a problem. The room (suite) was spacious, equipped, and clean, with normal furniture. The balcony was also spacious, clean, and well-separated from the others. The minibar was refilled daily. The food was varied, the flavors were good, and the seafood selection was a particular delight. Reservations at the seafood restaurant were easy, and the food was fine. There was a dress code for the à la carte restaurant, which had a more elegant setting, a refreshing change from the buffet. There were no cleanliness issues overall, but the mold spots at the junction of the shower wall and the floor could certainly be removed.

The food got a bit repetitive, the hotel entertainment really left a lot to be desired. In all the evenings were pretty boring! There was a really annoying glow from the WiFi booster box mounted on the ceiling of our room. As a light sleeper it was super irritating and far too bright.

The hotel is stunning! The rooms are beautiful, the pools, bars, beach superb!!

There are no wristbands or anything other than a room card to notify staff that you are guests at the hotel. As a result, there was an incident where a family with 2 kids wandered into our pool area and the parents helped themselves to the pool bad. It was resolved eventually but did annoy us a little, especially since we booked specifically for adults only

Food was delicious and the pools were always well kept and clean. The staff were all friendly and we mostly didn't have any issues.
